Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.

I used the Forward2Me service after ordering something from Germany that I couldn't get in my country. I must admit to being a little apprehensive at first as I've never used such a service before, but it far surpassed my expectations.
My package was received, processed and put in the hands of the courier within about 36 hours. It was an incredibly quick turnaround and because of this I received my item well ahead of the estimated timeframe.
The Forward2Me website is easy to use and communication is good.
An honest and reliable service provided and I'll be using them again for online purchases.
