I have been using Fozzy VPS for a long time and must say that I am fully-satisfied using their services.
I asked in the support ticket if there's any way they keep backups of our sites. They quickly responded and within an hour, I got my deleted files back - and my website running again.
The excellent customer service and technical skills are the best thing of these people!

I have tried many web hosts, but can say that finally I found the best place. It is Fozzy.com ssd web host. I contacted their support, they were responsive and found the best solution for my needs. Well worth every penny the support you recieve is excellent no matter what time of day you get in touch there is always a prompt response to any query.
I'm not the most technologically independent person, and of course as soon as I registered, I had questions. They explained me everything I needed to know.
The Web-control panel features are excellent.
Pricing is excellent and the servers don't seem overloaded.

I am very happy to recommend Fozzy.com. I have been with fozzy for a few months now and host a number of websites on the VPS hosting package. I have always had excellent customer service with very fast (within a few hours) responses on the few occasions that I have needed to contact customer services. For good quality, reliable and fast hosting at a very competitive price level it is hard to better.

I'm doing my business and I often need to provide my own clients with specific database settings or scripts installations. Once I receive request from my own client to do something with their site or script I ask Fozzy tech team to do that for me and they always help. I'm sure 15 mins total time for my clients and for me is acceptable.
I would not rate them as perfect and professional hosting service. I do get what I pay for.
So my rate is 5 out of 5.

Well, Fozzy shared hosting is a good and better than the best, according to me. According to the support, they are very prompt and giving 100% perfect answers to the customer. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.

I've had a good run dealing with Fozzy.com, their VPS hosting service is superb. But frankly speaking, it was very hard for me to make final decision to deal with them or not. And after reading some nice customer hosting reviews about them, I decided to give them a try.

You can burst to 4GB of RAM usage per CPanel account: which is pretty generous.

I am amazed at how professional Fozzy.com are. Not only do they reply immediately but when I had to sort out a critical issue at 11pm on a Saturday the person I spoke to solved my problem and my ecommerce site was up and running again. In my capacity as IT Director I know how difficult it is to throw a problem to someone and sort it out on the spot. I do hope that Fozzy make a lot of money because they deserve it!

They offer FREE for Life with Annual Registrations - this what I also like about them. High 99% uptime and very fast servers. I pay $8.99 per month for Linux VPS hosting account and I have to say that Im satisfied with them:
- perfect speed connectivity (think that it is due to their Litespeed server).
- Support team: Their support team is very helpful, reply in 10 minutes.
- Price. Well worth the my money I think.
