We have multiple Fracture Glass Photos and haven't been disappointed by any of them! The colors are vibrant and picture perfect! I would highly recommend these photos to anyone wanting to display beautiful pictures.
My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.
I run a company that makes performance car parts. We sponsor a lot of race cars. Recently, we had Fractureme.com print about 20x different pieces in all of their different sizes (from smallest to largest). First, I will say the quality is excellent and the delivery time is very reasonable, actually faster than we expected. Second, in the one case where we had 2 that needed to line up and had an issue with final alignment, they were so darn quick to fix it. I worked with Cristina, specificall, and she was fantastic. As someone who runs a business that prides itself on customer service, I respect how Fractureme.com runs their operation. I'm at a loss as to why there are not more glowing reviews here. Honestly, I suspect a lot of the poor reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations. It's important to use a bright, high-resolution photo. Overall this company needs to improve on its customer service. Our first order was simular to the other people, the package was sent without proper packaging. The glass was shattered and as a matter of fact I cut my hand badly on the package. Still have the scar today.
After a struggle they did finally send me the replacements.
In total I spent nearly 1000 USD in the past few months. We are a small business trying to survive during the covid pandemic. I asked if we could have our points applied to new reward system. They refused.
Considering all that we have endured with this company I am now left rather dissapointed.

I bought a Fracture print as a wedding gift and was extremely happy with how it turned out -- I shot the original photo with my phone, so I wasn't sure how it'd turn out. For the second order, a birthday gift, I used a professional wedding photo. It was perfect! Until it wasn't -- in an accident, my nephew broke it before it could be hanged! He called me in tears, as it was a birthday gift for his dad. I emailed the story to Fracture. They were awesome and very understanding. They offered me a one-time accident replacement. I didn't have to pay a dime, even in shipping. And my brother/his son didn't have to buy a birthday gift that had been accidentally damaged.
Again, Fracture went out of their way to make a customer happy. For that, I will be a repeat customer again. And again!

I had initially posted a review that I was a little disappointed in what I received. I knew the picture that I selected probably wasn't ideal, but I felt like for what I thought was a slightly premium price point that the photo could have been enhanced a bit. - Tyler, from the Fracture team, immediately reached out and let me know that he wanted to make it right. He explained that they don't edit the photos, but they did have the capabilities to, and with my permission he was going to edit it and send me out a replacement free of charge. - Which he did. I just received it, and it looks great. More than anything though, I really appreciate their sincere commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is the second photo I've got from them. Was happy with the product. But only offering $10 minnamum shipping is bull$#*!. Thing weighs like half a pound. What the $#*!? If I got that kind of money by the pound ,23 tonn x $10 per 1/2lbs I'd be $#*!ing rich.
Received our order and 100% plus happy with them. The pictures are so crystal clear and the colors are so beautiful. We are very exited to hang this on our wall and the other 2 will be given to our children at Christmas. Fractureme did a gorgeous job on them!
This concept sounded really cool. I got a few for my brother as a birthday gift, and was told they were 'nice'. Then I got one for myself, and was quite disappointed. They advertise them as 'Printed On Glass', so one might assume they mean the front of the glass. Nope! It's behind the glass, so who can really tell if it's printed on the glass or the backing. Also, there is black foam backing, so you cannot see through it or back light it. If you want a picture in a frame without a bezel, go for it. It you want something truly unique, this is not it.
Oh, and although their website shows 'reviews' from 'customers', there is no way to create one. Which is how I ended up on this site. They're not terrible, but they're not as unique as advertised. The pictures on the site don't make it clear that it's just a print under the glass.
I ordered a print from a cruise picture we had taken of all our group in the picture, it was printed on glass and sent to the UK. It arrived in perfect condition, there were no issues with shipping and the recipient was thrilled with the results, I would highly recommend this type of printing on glass and Fractureme the company to do it.
I had Fracture print 2 5x7 pictures for me. The color and saturation of one of the prints were really off. I contacted customer service and after sending them pictures of the two prints they realized that the color was wrong, corrected the error and reprinted them for me. Liz was wonderful to work with and I am very happy with my experience.
I have enjoyed sharing this very unique product for a few years now. For the first time I encountered a handful of issues (first couldn't get a pic to upload, then package not delivered). Both of the issues were promptly, accurately, politely, pleasantly, and effectively handled. All the most reason to feel pleased to continue to use, share, and promote this great product.
The team at fracture did an amazing and beautiful job on our picture, we have 2 Maltese and a sheltie the sheltie passed away last year and it meant a lot to hve a nice picture of her and the 2 other kids just beautiful and I'd highly recommend fracture

So, we were looking for a unique gift idea for our boss for Christmas, and I heard the ad for Fractureme.com on the radio. I couldn't get the photo sized properly for the size we wanted, but their rep, Jackson, was phenomenal in taking care of everything for me. I ordered one small print to just see how the picture would look on glass. Well the picture was fine just wished I had sent One with more color! BUT the picture is not on GLASS it sounds like plastic to me. Not to mention it looks like they just glued it in a pice if foam and sealed on a piece of plastic. I had recently seen some photos on vacation that were in glass! And they were beautiful... sooooo I will not be ordering again. I too could not find a way to leave a review in the website. So that tells me all the reviews are NOT true customers as far as the turn around I had mine in about a week! That's the only good thing about this whole ordeal!
I have ordered glass photos from three different places. FRACTURE is far and away the best quality AND the best value. On top of that their customer service is Nordstrom like. I received my glass print that I had ordered as a gift for my friend's birthday. I needed it to be cropped a little differently, but knew it probably would not return before the birthday.

We can't say enough about our 3 Photo order from Fracture. It was for a very special family event and was to be presented at a housewarming. Fracture did everything right but UPS kept losing it, saying it was delivered and it wasn't, then saying it was delivered to another address... it was a nightmare. I sent an email to Fracture just to let them know what happened... not really expecting them to be able correct a UPS issue. But they did! They sent a duplicate order next day air and it arrived just before the house warming was to start. It was stunning! The couple it was for immediately put out on display and all the guests loved them. The quality, workmanship, packaging, everything was the best... there is nothing that could have been improved on. Ordered before I read the reviews. What I received was unacceptable on every level. I downloaded a detailed, colorful, super sharp 22MB photo file taken from an 35mm SLR camera and received a grainy, blurry over enlarged photo mess pasted to the backside of what appears to be plexiglass. A mistake I will never make again!

My brother and sister in law recently lost their golden retriever and I uploaded Caleys photo. Was easy, and received the photo in the mail in a timely manner. I have ordered several prints from Fracture and they have provided the very BEST customer service that I have encountered on ANY web based company. Received my print and didn't notice it was cracked until after I had given it to my husband for his Birthday. We noticed the break on Sunday night at 9pm. I emailed customer service and received a response at 9:08pm, and I'm not referring to the computer generated one either. They then shipped out a replacement piece the very next morning.
I am in the customer service industry and have been for more than 40 years. How different things would be if every company treated their customers the way that they do at FRACTURE!
Only one word describes their work and customer service rating as INCREDIBLE, AWESOME OMG the product I ordered words cannot describe and pictures don't justify its amazing. I will use them again and again on all my special gifts and occasions.
