We have multiple Fracture Glass Photos and haven't been disappointed by any of them! The colors are vibrant and picture perfect! I would highly recommend these photos to anyone wanting to display beautiful pictures.
My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.
My 14 year old cat just passed away. I sent my picture of him, and it came out PERFECT! Beautiful tribute. The lightning was VERY difficult to capture and it still came out perfect. I'd use fractureme for EVERY picture I want to make special. Also came on time, not damaged, clean, and in a basically indestructibly fit box. I'd put 10 stars if i could. Thank you FractureMe, for giving me a perfect glass, perfect colored wall piece of my cat. He's looking down loving it! THE BEST! Will use AGAIN and AGAIN!
We received our picture it was very dark and was cropped way smaller than needed to be I have reached out to their online customer service and I have received no replies I have sent several messages over the last two weeks with no replies I do not recommend.
I was really excited to get my print but bummed out when it arrived. Everywhere on your site says it's GLASS. There is no way this is actually glass. I found on your ABOUT page that it is soda-lime glass. And after googling that I was satisfied it wouldn't be acrylic or plexiglass. I ordered the extra large and upon delivery I knew immediately something was off when the package was so light. This is definitely plexiglass or something close to it. It is weird that no other review I can find mentioned this. Did I just get screwed or is everyone else just satisfied with the fact it's not really glass?

Hey Johnson, believe it or not, all our prints are on 100% real glass, no plastic or acrylic whatsoever (and will break if mishandled!).

Don't think I have ever seen a company with more negative reviews than positive. Was going to order a slew of them for birthdays and Christmas. Not so much now!
Their product is completely as described and any questions were promptly answered. I've already recommended them once and I'm definitely doing it again.

Ordered frames for a children's room after seeing an a TV ad recently. They have been very popular and my daughter really likes them. They are a bit pricey but overall I am content.

We ordered 2 family pictures from fractureme in Dec-19, they never arrived after the fracture kids behind their phones stalled, miss placed then, admittied losing our PRE-PAID ORDERS.
It is late January and no show from Fracture. Indeed this company is busted. Take heed of corrupt children playing the role of adults as they are not worthy.
I ordered from Fracture for the first time to provide a unique gift for Christmas. I paid a very large amount for a somewhat small sized product. When it was delivered, I was excited to see how it turned out. I opened the box and the picture was cracked and the top had an entire section chipped off. There was no packing material inside the box whatsoever. Who ships a fragile glass item with no packing material to add protection? What company thinks that this is okay? There is no phone number and apparently they don't work weekends. I sent photos of my damaged product per their instructions to report damage, but I didn't even receive an acknowledgment that they have received the email. Christmas is 2 weeks away, I'm out a large sum of money, and no gift for a hard to buy for person. I blame the company for their poor packaging of the product for shipment and I highly recommend people to NOT purchase this expensive item due to the lack of care and obvious lack of common sense in their shipping practice. Blame UPS? Sure - but we all know shipping companies aren't the most careful, which is why the company should take extra measures to protect their fragile products. I've given them 48 hours to make this right, but feel that a phone number should be available, not just email. I will never recommend Fracture to anyone. Save money and your time and find another gift.

They did eventually respond and sent me out a better copy. The rep said they should have caught it b4 sending it out. So they are good at making sure the product is to ur satisfaction.
The resolution was terrible. It looks like a grade school project. You would think that with todays technology they would be able to provide a better facsimile. I would've been better off framing the original. A total waste of $65 including shipping. If my product is the norm keep your money and go the other way. In addition when I tried to contact the company thru live chat and email there was no response.
I accidentally ordered a larger print that I needed, and I panicked about waiting for a refund and getting it in time for christmas (it was too pricey to just ignore the loss), so I emailed them, expecting to get no response. I bought another one in the right size just in case, plus I added a stand, and crossed my fingers that a refund for my original would be possible later on.
I got a response from Fracture within the hour! It might have only been about 10mins. And rather than just refunding me, they adjusted my original order and also adjusted adding a stand for me! At this point I have two prints in the right size, but I only needed one. They assured me that I would get the other refund within a couple of business days. A few days went by, and my TWO orders shipped before I could get my refund. I panicked again, and emailed them to check in. Well, since it had been their mistake that they didn't cancel on time, they refunded me instantly, and even let me keep the duplicate print and the duplicate stand as a holiday gift. It was originally for my husband, but I was able to give one to my in-laws as well:)
Just amazing people over there that really care about the needs of their customers, rather than trying to pocket money off of our mistakes. As long as you cancel with enough time before your order ships, I'm sure they'll do what they can to help you out!

I ordered a 5x5 glass print and a small stand. I'm not sure I would like the big ones as much, but the small ones are such a cute addition to the house as additional decor, rather than the main focus. But that depends on your personal taste, of course!
I am simply delighted with my extra-large Fracture glass photo. The image is incredibly clear and the colors true. This will not be my last Fracture print!
I was a bit concerned when I ordered my prints from fractureme.com. The prints were intended to be Christmas gifts and I was so afraid the images would be pixilated or unclear some way but when I opened the box, which was packed with such care, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! The images were STUNNING! Amazing clarity. And being they were my kids and grandkids I immediately started thinking of what I could get my kids so I could keep the fracture photos! I love them!
