Fracture Glass Photos

I had the idea to put a photo i took of my two service dogs at Arches National Park on glass. The one laying down is my 12.6 yr old boy who is retiring and Kokoro (Koro) my 2.2yr old who is the one taking over the reigns. This was a special trip to Honor Blaze and thank him for his service. After this year he will kick back and let Koro do all the work. It was a once in a lifetime trip and this Photo sums up both of these amazing dogs. Blaze was born with a deep knowledge of life, an old soul who loves with his whole world and A sharp mind who has never ever missed an alert. He has dedicated his life to help me have the freedom to travel where my Crohn's disease prevented it. Koro is a young explorer who has a heart of gold, a sharp mind and a soul full of empathy. He is perfect for the job and loves the work.
I will cherish this piece for years to come. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I took a once-in-a-lifetime picture of Hero Falls in Yellowstone National Park on July 3,2011. I've seen nothing like it posted on the internet. I decided that I would like to have it printed and mount the print in my Den to add to other prints of NC Lighthouses. I was absolutely amazed at the quality and just how great the picture turned out. I also like the fact that I didn't have to frame the picture. I feel it was well the cost.

I love the pictures I had printed by them. They look great, sharp, vibrant. Very happy with them. Website was easy to use.

It turned out that one of my pictures had a small chip that I didn't notice right away. I wrote to their customer service and sent them a picture and they replaced it without any hassle. I'm very satisfied with this company.

I cannot say enough things about Fracture. USPS hung me out to dry for an very important person on my Christmas list. Fracture immediately stepped up and would not take payment for the expedited reshipment. The gift was a hit and so is Fracture. Thank you.

I placed two large orders for an anniversary gift using high quality digital camera photos. I contacted customer service via email with a question and the response, was quick, friendly and professional. The order shipped on time and arrived well packaged. All the prints, but especially the large ones, are awesome on glass! We couldn't stop looking at them. Very happy and will order more.

I just ordered 2 pictures 23 by 23 and I thought that they would not be anything great when they came and I can tell you I was totally surprised how beautiful the pictures were. The whole process was easy and quick including the time for delivery which was fast too. This is a great way instead ov using canvas which we were doing all the time before Fracture.

I am skeptical of most ads I see on TV. Are they as good as they say they are? Well for the first time in a long time, the folks at FRACTURE absolutely delivered what they advertised. As the older brother, I had my doubts when my sister recommended Fracture for some I wanted to convert to wall hangings. My doubts are gone and, I guess, my sister is a genius! I ordered six "classic sized" pictures from digital photographs I took in West Palm Beach, Paris and on the occasion of our grandson's 10-month birthday. When the wall prints returned, the results were breath-taking! The quality was excellent, the turn-around time was quick (via FedEx) and the price was fair. Fracture is our family's "go-to" when it comes to conversion of our digital pictures to items for home or presents to give to others.

Once you order - you have radio silence from this company!
Their support department does not respond to emails - so if you have a damaged product I would only purchase thru paypal or some other payment method that allows you the ability to get your money back!

They should be reported to the BBB!

I just wanted to tell you that the gift I ordered arrived ahead of schedule, beautifully packaged and gorgeous! My daughter said it was the best birthday gift ever! Can't tell you how pleased I am with the execution and presentation of this beautiful picture. I will definitely order again! Thanks for making a special birthday gift even more special.

First time I've used this company and I will be back! Quality and timeliness of deliver were terrific. The day I ordered, there was a glitch in their order system, causing a multiple order snd billing to occur but they were right on it, notifying me o was one of the affected customers. They had it rectified within 24 hours, and my charge card was corrected. Super customer service, and a beautiful product!

This was my 1st time doing something like this and I sent a very special picture that was not cropped correctly, my bad. When I received the product I was so disappointed and sent a message. Jackson responded that he could crop it correctly for me and send a new picture. OMG... the new one arrived and is more than I expected.
I am so grateful to Jackson. He is the best.!

I ordered a print to put on glass from this company on Nov. 3 rd received it Dec 15th. It looked very faded and was printed crooked. I emailed them 3 times with no response. They guaranteed that if you were not satisfied they would fix it. Didn't happen. I am sending it back with a note that explains my dissatisfaction. I will be disputing
The charge on my credit card. Obviously I will never recommend them or order from then again.

I leaned about Fracture when my sister had one of my sunrise photos made for me. I was stunned at the quality so I ordered five prints. The largest arrived shattered and I had a replacement in a little over a week. That is fantastic service in my opinion. The prints are classy and they make my room pop. I will definitely be getting more prints by Fracture!

I ordered from Fracture me.com it was my first time and was very disappointed when the pictures arrived. The picture quality was not at all like the original. The lightening on the photographs were not good much darker than the original. Definitely not worth 106.00 for the 3 pictures I bought. I don't even want to send them back. Chalk it up as a loss and move on.

Placed multiple orders and have never been disappointed. You work hard for a living and deserve to be paid fairly and so do the folks at Fracture. The quality is excellent and a great value for the price. Communication is good and shipping is fast. Orders received are packed well and shipped with care. The company Clearly states that the pictures are printed on glass, that is a complete lie. The pictures are regular Walmart quality prints glued to glass. You can do a better job yourself by going to an arts and craft store. A total waste of money. I would send it back but I think it would be a further waste of my time and I would be without the pictures and my money.

We ordered a couple of photos for our friends kids from a trip we all took together. The photos are Christmas gifts. Fracture sent them out on the correct date for delivery by the 9th, when nothing arrived at our friends home, we gave it a week checking the tracking number it just said will arrive late. So we contacted Fracture told them what had happened, the next day they were rushing new prints and on the third day 2-day FedEx to our friends! Amazing customer service!

I ordered picture (4) for my family. First run were terrible. Not near the clarity and colors in the original sent to them to copy. I wrote email with copies of both original and the one delivered and they said they should never have passed their quality control and would redo them at no cost. They did redo but quality only slightly better. I give up. No guarantee it would get better a third time so am chalking up to a lesson learned. Do not recommend Fractureme.
