My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.
Ordered a large print of my beloved dog who had recently passed. Had very high expectations after hearing Fracture talked up on some of my favorite podcasts, also considering the higher price compared to a canvas print of the same size. The result is stunning, I know my picture of the picture doesn't do it justice, but man do the colors POP. Tracking the order through FedEx was a snap. The packaging was done incredibly meticulously: the print was perfectly stabilized in a bespoke carton and sealed with well-placed staples that were thoughtfully extra-secured with recyclable paper tape. I know it's glass, but I'm fairly sure that even if dropped, the package could have taken it. Anyway, I TOTALLY recommend Fracture and will be ordering more in the future!
The personal touch I am speaking of is that when my order was not received as scheduled they jumped on it immediately and replaced my order. Everyone that received the fracture picture was amazed and some were crying from the joy it brought them. I am now a going to be a returning customer. The pictures were of top quality.

So disappointed with this company. Packaging was a joke that made for a dangerous situation for my postal carrier and myself. No padding no durable box. Just the cheapest flimsiest box no bubble wrap. The result was a expensive box of glass. No phone number for these guys so awaiting help from support.
UPDATE 12-27-2021 [They have quickly corrected the problem and made a proper glass print. Thank you.] I thought having a glass print of a photo I took while I was hiking would be a cool way to enjoy a good memory. What I am most disappointed about is the lack of color on what I recieved vs the photo that I provided. If you look at the comparison most the trees, that were bright green in the picture turned out a yellowish light brown. I don't even want to hang this up because it looks nothing like the photo I took or how I remember that area.
I ordered two of these for my first order. One was a black and white print from a concert, while the other was beautiful vibrant colors from our wedding. It has rose bushes, flowers, the wedding dress and many different background items. Both of them came out absolutely gorgeous and they came in less than a week. I will order many more.

This was my first order with Fracture. Knowing it would be a slow turn around with the pandemic I still ordered. I am thrilled with the outcome. My family picture wall never looked so good. I will be ordering more.
These are beautiful and high-quality prints. They stand out in my family room. Furthermore, Fracture really means when they advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. I ordered a large print and a small one, and both were received with the wrong aspect ratio. On the large one, I took for granted that the whole photo was going to be printed, but because the aspect ratio of the printed photo was different, it was cropped and I didn't notice it in the photo they show in their web site. I contacted customer service and they told me to upload the photos with the correct aspect ratio, and cropped the way I wanted. In no time, they printed both photos again for free, and didn't even charge me for S&H. In the past several years, when customer support has steadily deteriorated everywhere, it is nice and surprising to see a company that still cares about customer satisfaction. I will order again and recommend to everyone.

OUTSTANDING! We have been relying on FractureMe.com since they invented themselves. Their production is absolutely top notch. Everything we send looks better once they 'fracture' it. We use all the sizes, smallest to largest, and the results are always stunning. We also like the special screws that go into drywall with no drilling or shields... just a screwdriver. Plus, the packaging is ecological and also probably would make it to the moon and back. I ordered a trio of fractures of our visiting priests walking up the aisle, kneeling, and then laying face down during Good Friday. These fellows were stuck here all Covid lockdown. It's the perfect gift to share with them and I plan to ship them abroad. The packaging was very secure, the customer service was exceedingly helpful, and I felt like they went overboard to help me accomplish my project. Thank you fracture! I will be adding a set of these to our auction with a gift card for the winner to do their own project. But, I messed up an edit and left a red "crayon" mark across the middle picture. My fault, but I wish they'd have asked me about it. Or maybe something more "final" sounding about the "I agree these images look like I want them to and I've fully edited them" or something to make me think twice about pressing the button. Not sure... my fault at any rate.

I've printed quite a few things on glass that are hanging around the house. Enough that my wife actually requests them for new pictures she really likes. The capper, though, was when one picture a couple of years old developed a torn spot where the mounting hole was. It just wouldn't stay on the wall. When I asked the Fracture folks about possible ways to repair it, they just said "lifetime warranty" and sent a replacement. Product support just doesn't get any better than that.

Their photo prints on glass turn out really well and they are archival, in that they last many years with no visible degradation (I have one six or eight years old that looks like the day I got it). They look great just hung on the wall with no frame or other hassle. Materials to hang them are included with each print. Not cheap, but really good.
