We have multiple Fracture Glass Photos and haven't been disappointed by any of them! The colors are vibrant and picture perfect! I would highly recommend these photos to anyone wanting to display beautiful pictures.
My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.
We decided to go with Fracture for our wedding photo and it is truly amazing!. The picture is perfect and we've put it on our wall in plain viewing site. The Fracture support has been fantastic. They were very quick to reply and accommodate all of our mounting needs. Shipping was fast and easy. They are the most helpful online retailer we have used. 7.2 x 9.6 and $40. So as a professional photographer I cannot offer these.
Otherwise, they are beautiful. Come very true to color and tone.
Sometimes a company shines best when things don't go well. My Fracture picture came broken by the carrier. It was a gift and time sensitive. I contacted Fracture and Adam shepherded the replacement through preparation and shipping so that it arrived exactly on time. In addition he enhanced the second version of the picture by cropping it more effectively and it was better than the damaged one that I ordered originally.
I ordered 2 pictures. One for my son for his birthday & one for my granddaughter for her birthday. They are absolutely beautiful & are sure to be big hits. I will definitely be ordering more pictures done & highly recommend Fracture to anyone.

I was leery of ordering due to some negative reviews, but I gave it a go. I received the prints in a timely matter, and they were well-packaged onto a removable cardboard flat frame, and then the 3 prints bound together with plastic.
I am pleased with the quality. Although the material seems to be Plexiglass rather than actual glass that is fine with me. I absolutely love the color of the printing! I found the support to be good, as well. I had a difficult time ordering due to a gift certificate as well as a coupon. But, Adam helped me via Chat. The prints arrived about 10 days later. I ordered a fracture picture of my two precious yorkies kissing. When the fracture picture arrived, it was so beautiful, that it took my breath away! Trying to get information on delivery of an order and there is no way of getting in touch with someone in real time. No phone or chat.
Also the website is not very user friendly and has multiple glitches that make navigating to the relevant information, outside of placing an order, difficult.
I wasn't sure how this order would turn out. It was a decent picture from my Samsung phone camera of a home/museum of the designer Yves St. Laurent, in Marrakesh, Morocco. Lots of desert plants, cobalt blue building, with light blue trim and golden curtains. As it turns out, the print was much better than I expected, and hanging it was just as easy as advertised.
I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I had all ready spent close to 500 dollars for the pictures I wanted which was fine and that was with shipping, what was the disappointing part was when I placed the order no where once was it ever mentioned I would be paying duty fees which were 70 dollars. It was a huge Hassel for me to get these pictures seeing as my budget was 500 and no mention of custom or duty fees. I had to drive an hour each way to the FedEx depot with a 3 month old to have to pick the pictures up in person because I had to pay duty fees ( which coming up for that unannounced amount of money was a headache all in itself) and they would not accept cash dye to covid19. The pictures are beautiful, great job was done! But extremely disappointed in having to pay way over my budget when it was never specified. Not too impressed

From the sound of it, these seem to be duty or import fees levied by the Canadian postal services; otherwise, we certainly would have notified you! These kinds of payments are decided and imposed by local authorities, so we're not informed about them beforehand.
We're so sorry those fees were sprung on you; nobody appreciates unexpected fees. As of now, pre-clearing our customs isn't something we're able to do through our shipping services. Though there's a brief mention of it in our FAQ, a warning about VAT/customs fees does not appear for our international customers since these fees differ so widely between countries and regions.

. I just received my family photos and i am in awe. They are even better than the photographer's prints. I can hardly wait to mount them on the wall. Just beautiful. Oh and i did have a question for support about mounting the photos and it was answered in less than a minute.
When I decided to research having a print on glass, it was because I wanted light to shine through the glass to illuminate the print. Not sure why else one would put a print on glass. When it arrived, it had a black foam backing glued to the back of the glass, thus preventing light from shining through. I am not 100% satisfied, and it did not meet my expectations. After their customer support said that is the only way they assemble the product, I was reminded of their 100% guarantee, and then I asked if there were any other issues. It seems the guarantee is 000% in the case of my expectations not being met.

I order a glass print for my son anniversary and he stated it ok. He sent me a picture and said they print the picture and place it on the glass. The picture is not printed directly on the glass as advertised. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I thought I was doing something special for a special young man. A waste of money. It's a pandemic and people trying to watch their pennies and I fell for false advertisement. The ad said printed directly on glass not on paper and put on top of glass.

Hey Neldra, we're so sorry for any confusion! We guarantee that every Fracture print is printed in ink directly onto a sheet of glass. That glass sheet is then affixed to a thin foamcore backing to seal in the ink and allow for wall mounting.

When making our prints, we first print with color inks that make up the image itself; the second pass is a solid white layer to make the colors pop and give depth and opacity to the color. This second, white layer of ink can often peek through the foamcore backing on the back side of the print, and a few customers have mistaken it for a paper photo under the glass. Might this be what you're seeing?

I had seen the ads for fracture on television, and I really thought it was a fantastic idea but did not have an occasion yet to order from fracture. Comof course the opportunity arose, and a friend of mine who loves their dogs sent me a picture of them and I thought for Valentine's day what a wonderful gift it would be, so I ordered a wall hanging of the picture and I was thrilled to receive it in the mail! It was beautifully done and carefully packaged so that when it arrived it was pristine! I was also very happy with the shipping it came exactly on time when they said it would and it was worth the extra cost for shipping within a week! I look forward to ordering many many more fracture pieces and it is truly a work of art...
