We have multiple Fracture Glass Photos and haven't been disappointed by any of them! The colors are vibrant and picture perfect! I would highly recommend these photos to anyone wanting to display beautiful pictures.
My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.
I received my frameless picture today and I am over the moon with joy. The quality of the picture is amazing and the packaging cannot be beat.The edges are rounded and smooth. I can't show a pic because the picture is of my grandchildren but I will be buying this beauties again.

I sent this company a beautiful picture of my fiance and me, on a boat, in the moddle of the ocean, on a beautiful, bright, sunny day. The print came out dull and pasty. There is no color difference between the water and the sky. Customer service offered to reprint or print another photo. I was so disappointed that I decided to try another photo. It too came out with dull coloring. I sent them 2 photos with bright colors and what I received doesn't even resemble the original photos in coloring. Run, don't walk! Find another company to print your cherished memories. I don't know why they are not able to capture the colors correctly.

So far I've purchased 3 items, one for myself and 2 as gifts. They've all been beautiful and gotten so many compliments. The people we purchased the gifts for hadn't even heard about Fracture, but I'm sure they'll spread the word now.
NEVER do business with a company that does not provide a customer service telephone number. You're asking for trouble. Companies with a high volume of dissatisfied customers deliberately do not post a phone number to speak to a human person.
I placed an order online and said it would ship 5/23/19. I have sent 2 emails asking where my order is. No response and nothing has been shipped, no notification... not anything. No phone number to call either. I will never again use this company and I will tell everyone to never use this company!
I couldn't be happier with the photo stand of an early Marilyn Monroe I've purchased recently. The whimsical colors are clear and vivid, and it stands where I have it placed along with my nick-nacks. Received it in excellent condition and both packaging and delivery met with positive expectations. Very satisfied with the results, and I'm looking forward to ordering additional glass photo miniatures.

She absolutely loves it :D I was a little upset when one picture arrived broken but after I contacted them they replaced it right away free of charge! I had ordered a picture of my late sister in law and it was not quite to my liking. FractureMe immediately resolved the problem. Unfortunately. FedEx was not too careful with the package and I received a very damaged box containing a bottle of lotion but no FractureMe picture. Once again FractureMe stepped up and took care of the problem. Very highest of recommendation for this company.

I was impressed with the service I received along with the great quality of a small, not really good quality photo I sent to be done. I've hung it with pride and plan to give one to my son ( it is of him and his girlfriend). And I plan on using fracture again and again.
The product was good but not exceptional. I shared my thoughts with customer success. The quality of support was very, very good. They offered to retry with a higher resolution picture. The next version turned out to be awesome. The quality of the picture is good, but the customer support is even better. I will not only be a repeat customer, but will also be their customer advocate. I recommend their service without any hesitation.
I saw the ad for Fracture on television several times. Then one day recently I received a picture that happened to be very special to my awesome brother. Then all of a sudden it hit me: Send the picture to Fracture and let them work their magic. And work they did! I requested the extra large size to be printed on glass. I received it less than 10 days later. IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! And I was able to take advantage of my 30 percent new customer discount! Great customer service!
I ordered a Fracture glass print from a photo that I took of the total eclipse of the sun in 2018. The print is mostly black except for the bright diamond ring effect of the sun beginning to reappear after being blocked by the dark moon, bright red solar flares emanating from the sun, and a faint aurora of sunlight around the dark moon. I was afraid the faint aurora of sunlight around the dark moon might be difficult to get to show up on the glass print. I contacted customer support and asked them to look out for this and they went above and beyond to ensure that the print that I received back was excellent! I am very happy with the resulting picture on the glass.
Great idea and execution however it didnt work out for me. Apparently I dont take nearly as good of photos as I thought. I was unhappy with my picture when it came in. Fracture went ahead and completely refunded my transaction even though it wasnt there fault i was unhappy! (apparently its my picture taking skills)
We just ordered our second print from fracture and we are very happy with the results. Through the years we have had various kinds of prints produced, enlargements, canvas etc. None of them compare to the prints from Fracture. We had a problem with our second print, the mounting hole on the back of the print was damaged. I contacted customer support and sent them a picture of the mounting hole and within days I had a reprint of my picture. I give them the highest marks for good customer service.
After uploading, editing, etc., I put in a coupon code that I received in an email from the company. Response is that it doesn't exist. I try to reach a human to discuss and make a purchase. I try chat, and I'm told no human exists to chat with me. I can send a message and I'll get a response in a day. C'mon, children, if you want to be a company then be a human company.

I LOVED the pictures! Everything that was promised was delivered. The turn around time, the quality, and the service was outstanding. The engineering on the shipping package was stellar and arrived with no damage. I have recommended to all who have seen my pictures to use this company and service since they thought it was as cool as I do. I will be using your service again. One issue came up, on the smaller pictures you do not use a metal clip for hanging them. I tore the foam and had to repair it before I could hang up the photos.I would recommend you put those metal clips on all your photos to avoid this problem. All in all a superior product and performance, 5 stars on all accounts.

We are so pleased with our picture. We received it 3 days earlier than expected. The packaging was secure and our picture came ready with instructions as to how to hang it. We even got a screw to hang it with!
2 of the photos turned out fine. The 3rd turned out not to be right for the size print I requested. Rather than alert me that the photo wouldn't work they went ahead and printed it. Charged for a useless picture. Also, the picture hanging equipment I ordered did not come. Unable to reach anyone to discuss this. Wouldn't use them again.

I loved it until this Christmas. I wrapped it in soft cloth to put it away while I had all my Christmas decorations out. When I got it back out to put it on the shelf, the picture had chipped away in the back. The glass was fine but the picture was chipping and peeling off. Not sure why it happened. I kept it in a cool, dry place and kept it protected.

Fractureme is awesome. I placed an order and received my order very quickly. The pictures look stunning behind glass. Together with the order, you get a nice walldog screw with each picture you ordered. All pictures are well packaged and protected with cardboard.
I had two photos printed on glass from Fracture Glass. When people see them, they ask me if they are attached to cardboard.
They are printed in matte form. And would look so much better in glossy. They looked like they had been printed as a poster.
