Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
I have been ordering from fragrancebuy for a while now and every time I've ordered, the items either come in earlier than expected or on time. This order was no different.

I am very impressed with all my purchases from Fragbuy. I am really impressed with the fast shipping and the packaging wow! Exquisite. They don't shipped your precious perfumes in a cardboard box like other online places. It is specifically made. The perfumes are all authentic and the price are amazing. I will continue to buy more perfumes, great website.

I purchased a bottle of Salvador Ferragamo's Signorina Misteriosa for my birthday this year, and was so happy to get a bonus gift with my super discounted purchase! It was a full-sized bottle of a new perfumed spray that I have never tried before called I Am White by Ana Abiyedh - 200 mL. And I REALLY like it! As a content creator/fragrance reviewer I've purchased from Fragrancebuy for their selection, quality, speed of service AND the sample that comes with the green care. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because with my most recent haul, I did NOT receive my sample that I was charged for. It's not going to keep me from ordering in the future, but I might just skip the green care if I'm not getting what I'm "paying" for.

I am fairly happy with my cologne selections, though I ordered them Monday night and I had to wait until Friday afternoon to receive them. I'm so impatient - I wish the delivery service was a bit quicker but I had free shipping so maybe that's why. Overall I love fragrancebuy and will shop here many more times.

Was going to gift my brother a bottle before he left for his trip but received the wrong bottle size. Thought the exchange process would be quick but it wasn't. Had to send the bottle back and place a new order from scratch. Since the process was too long in my case, I did not reorder. Perfume smells like nothing! When I raised the concern I was told to return the bottle at my own expense and I would get a partial refund since it was opened! Very dissatisfied with the service.

Somewhat reasonable shipping times. Cost is pretty great. When I compare the shipping times to other companies it's wayyy faster than fragrancenet and other American sites but a couple days slower than jomashop and some Dubai sites. Considering it's coming from America/ Dubai and this is coming from Canada I would have hoped this would be faster but the up side is there is no import fees. Great selection however I find that they do run out of stock of popular fragrances faster and keep it out of stock longer than the other sites but I do understand they try their best to keep inventory up. Amazing shipping box along with packaging and at times they would bless me with a discount code that's more than 15% off which is pretty great. It's safe to say I've never had a broken bottle ever over the years. They do provide the best samples also as they will bless you with a pdm sample randomly. Everything I ever bought has been authentic also. Customer service is amazing when needed and they are pretty quick to respond. Overall a great Canadian company to shop at and an amazing spot to save money while smelling good.
