Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
I didn't enjoy my experience with Fragrance Buy. The cologne I bought was not a great scent. It left me with a headache. I sprayed the cologne once and didn't use it again. I reached out to customer service for a refund and I was told that I could return the cologne provided it was not opened… if it was opened there is a 20% fee taken from the price you paid for the fragrance. I was also responsible for paying shipping for the return. I ended up taking the L, by not returning the cologne because it wasn't worth my time. I based that on what I paid for the cologne. The funny thing is Fragrancebuy uses a third -party courier to deliver your orders in GTA, but if you end up returning via Canada Post, you're paying estimate minimum $15-$20 with the box the order came in. They don't provide a return shipping label.
Last thing, if you buy a fragrance at the store and you don't like the scent you can return the cologne and get a refund or exchange. Lesson learned for me… just not a good experience.

Not great, not terrible. Prices were reasonable, though they got me for shipping fees for 2 orders and ended up sending them together. Shipping took a long time, too. Live and learn. Not exactly in a hurry to buy from FragranceBuy again but I will if I have to.

I sent two emails to them and they never responded. I called them because I got tired or waiting on a response by email (which never came anyway) and they sent an email in response to the phone call that didn't even help. The product was legit though. The packaging was 4/5. I'm just upset that I emailed them twice with no response. Definitely not cool.

I didn't realize it was abt to happen but once I saw it and the discount they were offering and the free extras (candle, samples) I thought, well as many purchases I've made with them plus the amount of this order, surely they'll throw in a sample or two. Sadly I got nothing but what I ordered. Wishful thinking.

I wish you had more sales as a Canadian. I buy from FragranceNet and FragranceBuy both, the prices for certain perfumes are just less on Fragrancenet despite the US conversion. For a Canadian company, I just wish you guys were more competitive, hence the neutral rating. My expectations as a Canadian are just not met, hence the disappointment. Even the loyalty program is not really worth it, double/triple the points days during the month would help to boost customer loyalty. So you don't need to compare with other site. You can blindly buy knowing you have the lowest prices. The quality of the perfumes has gone down too. I ordered a cologne few months back, wrote to you about the quality, and instead of replacing it you gave me ways to boost the cologne with creams/mositurizers, or try and not put moisturizer to see if the scent changed. It's just not the way to respond to customers. I was in no way asking for a refund, just questioning the quality. The company is just okay, I wish it was more advantageous to customers pockets.

I've been purchasing from you for 5 years and have bought around 10-15 fragrances. Your prices can't be beat but I feel like something happened with your customer service in the last few years. I'm not sure if you outsourced or expanded but it's not the same as it was. The first example was when I made a purchase and I was hoping to get maybe a sample or 2 like I previously had. When I received premium fragrance samples, in some cases I purchased them. The customer service rep told me they had no control if samples would be included or not. Understandable. Literally the following day there was a special to include samples. The second example was on during this year's sale. On June 27th I went on your website right when the sale started and I couldn't add the freebie or sample to my cart. I emailed at 945pm after trying numerous times and was told they couldn't give me a reason as to why I couldn't as in the past they have seen hundreds of orders in the first minutes. Again, understandable, but I was on the website right when the sale started and it still had the image advertising the items. Overall just disappointing experiences and doesn't leave me wanting to go out of my way to purchase new fragrances. Lastly, the way these emails are concluded these days with "have a fragrant day" and wishing a "happy and fragrant journey tonight" just seemed ingenuine. I don't want this review posted, I'm just hoping Gary reads this.

The fragrance and shopping experience was good as usual, but this time, Fedex decided it would not leave my parcel on the side doorstep instead requiring me to be present whenever they happened to drop by. I work like most folks during the day so bad news for me, they kept my bottle of Dior homme intense leaving me with a "we tried to deliver but you weren't there" sticker. No info whatsoever as to where I could go pick it up.
The folks at Fragrancebuy found the location of my parcel quickly, but I had to drive half an hour just to get to the Fedex warehouse where my fragrance was being held.
I bought many times from Fragrancebuy and it's the first time the delivery company won't leave my bottle at the door.
I will not buy again if I can't have my perfumes dropped at my door, this is a big NO NO! For me.
137$ worth of fragrance should not require a signature unless it comes with a 75" TV:-)
Edit: Fragrancebuy refunded the shipping fees. Thank you, I know this was not your fault but I appreciate your help. As for me: Fedex no more, I'll go with any other carrier available from now on

I have an issue with UPS where the package was being sent back and forth between 2 places. UPS said to contact the seller which I did and I am yet to receive a response.
I have contacted them before regarding a different concern about 6 weeks ago and have not received a response then either. Does not look paying the extra for insurance made a difference.
If you purchase from FragBuy, be aware that if you have an issue with your package you are SOL. I would rather pay extra and have peace of mind shopping elsewhere with better customer service.
2/5 stars because my other orders were mostly satisfactory.
