I have had zero issues with fragrance buy since I started my cologne journey. The best prices, biggest selection, fast shipping from Canada to Utah. I can not recommend fragrancebuy enough.

When I pulled the cap off the fragrance, the part of the atomizer you press to spray the fragrance pop off. Once I put the part that fell off back on and sprayed the fragrance it was amazing. But the atomizer keeps coming off when I take the cap off. After using a few times the cap of the atomizer doesn't come off anymore and I'm pleasantly delighted with the fragrance and the customer service from Fragrance Buy.

The experience with Frangrancebuy is perfect. However, I had problems with Fed Ex. They did not deliver the package at the times they indicated in the package tracking. I had to contact their customer service to trace the package. They sent me to the wrong distribution center. Then I had to pick up the package at another distribution center more than an hour from my house. It was a nightmare.

Very quick service, items arrived as described and in a timely manner. I received the products in less than 5 days.

I always love shopping at Fragrancebuy.ca and I can confidently say it is one of the best online fragrance sites. From the user-friendly interface to the ease at searching for products and don't get me started on the prices and loyalty program, it is all around one of, if not the best.
Pricing: In most cases you cannot beat the prices. I used to search for cheaper prices and no one beats fragrancebuy.ca, I don't search anymore, if fragrancebuy.ca has you can bet that is the lowest price on the web.
Selections: The variety of fragrances is impressive, ranging from niche artisanal scents to popular designer brands. I was particularly thrilled to find some hard-to-find niche brands that I've been wanting to try!
Checkout: The checkout process was smooth and secure. I appreciated the variety of payment options available, only gripe is the free shipping on 5 items or more. Still, as a loyalty reward program member, I can get free shipping with 100 sprays, so I am not too mad.
Customer Service: I had a minor issue with my order, and I was blown away by the customer service. They responded to my inquiry very quickly and resolved the issue with such professionalism and courtesy. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers.
Packaging: When my order arrived, I was delighted by the thoughtful packaging. The fragrances were securely wrapped, and the presentation made it feel like a special treat.
Product Description: If I were to gripe about anything, it would be that there are no descriptions for the fragrance or scents and there are no notes breakdowns. I completely understand that it is a lot to put in all this information and they (fragrancebuy.ca) allow reviews of scents. However, a description or note breakdown, would allow buyers to know what the scents designer's intent or what they were going for.
Overall, Fragrancebuy.ca is a gem of a fragrance site. Whether you're a fragrance expert or just starting your scent journey, this site has something for everyone. I will definitely always return for more! Highly recommended!

Always seems to have I stock items. If they don't you leave your email and they will notify you when it's in stock, loyalty program is great, get perks like free shipping or 10% off. Never have to worry about "fakes".

I've been buying from Fragrancebuy for a long time. I recently moved to Hawaii and realized they don't ship there. This makes absolutely no sense. FedEx ships fragrances to Hawaii all the time and that's the carrier FB uses for the US. So for them to flat out NOT ship to Hawaii, even with higher shipping rates, I cannot understand. This is a HUGE disappointment as a long time customer. Guess I'm being forced to shop for frags somewhere else now.
