Decided to buy a couple fragrances for this winter and I couldn't be more satisfied. Although delivery time was longer than my previous orders, I understand that it's probably because of the holidays. FragranceBuy.ca good as always!
I recently purchased a Creed Aventus fragrance from Fragrancebuy, expecting it to be authentic, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon comparing it with the same fragrance purchased from a high-end retailer, there are clear discrepancies: 1. Packaging: The box did not contain the signature Creed paper insert, which is standard with authentic bottles. 2. Perfume Level: The liquid level in the bottle was noticeably lower than it should be. 3. Overall Quality: The scent lacked the richness and longevity I'm accustomed to with Creed fragrances. I chose Fragrancebuy because of its reputation for selling authentic perfumes, but this experience has left me questioning their authenticity claims. This is very disappointing, especially given the premium price point. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they address these issues and provide assurances of authenticity.
I've been shopping at fragrance buy for a few years now, and i have NEVER had any issues with them. My order is delivered in about two days after I placed my order (i live in toronto). The box is well package. The prices have gone up a bit, but so has everything else. I only have good things to say about Fragrance Buy, if you want good authentic perfume, with good customer service, fast shipping look no further. Highly recommended!

Placed an order for 3 parfum - received the parfums, happy with the order that I placed! I had some feedback/thoughts and their customer service reached out to me promptly! As this was my first time ordering from here I wasn't sure how long it would take. Turns out it took just over a week, which is fine, but I never received an email saying anything about when it was shipped. Luckily I had the shop app so it told me when and where the package was. When the package arrived it was packaged the best out of any fragrance discounters that I have ordered from.
