I ordered a perfume on a Friday night and a few hours after purchasing I emailed requesting to cancel because I was being gifted a perfume. I never heard back at all and the company just went ahead and shipped the product. Even if cancelling was not possible, I should've received a response at least instead of having my email completely ignored.

Got what I ordered. It is not overnight service but it arrived as promised and packaging was excellent to ensure it arrives in best possible condition.

Second time I purchase Byredo and it has a problem.
First time it came without cellophane, opened, scratched with a pen and tightened the spray, that is, USED.
Now I bought it and it came with the cellophane, but with the BYREDO seal open and held in place by adhesive tape. They are original, however, you have to be careful, because they are sold as new and sealed and it is not.

If you live in the US, please temper your expectations on shipping, as it took over a week to receive - which was fine since I knew where I was ordering from. As someone who loves to save money and can't justify paying full price for a lot of the fragrances that are highly sot after, this site creates the best of both worlds. I love their selection of name brand fragrances, so many great deals I'm excited to get my collection of colognes started. Only annoying thing is waiting for the shipping to go through, but its worth it when you get to save so much. Only issue was fed ex, delivery was not delivered to my address provided and a few days later received my order from neighbour.

I received my order of 5 perfumes relatively fast. The package was carefully sealed and all the perfumes were in perfect condition.

When i tracked my tracking number it was showing already delivered but i didn't receive my parcel, when i sent an email on helpline email address, i got reply after 3 days & the customer service staff send me a email, looks like an easy & asked me to fill the form, do other formalities & other things to do,,, i am a working person i don't have enough time to do this kind of stuff,,,,, other websites take action right away on customers complain but here they don't treat you as a valuable customer
