Woow! Where do I begin!? Fragrance buy CA is excellent in all that they do from purchase to delivery! My shopping experience has been excellent. It's easy to find fragrances, save them to a wish list and/or request notices for restock items. The packing and shipping experience is top notch! I always get notices when orders are shipped, in transit, or out for delivery. I love the membership tier program with certain level discounts for each! The prices are totally unbeatable and FBCA has every scent type from designer to niche to some indie brands. I've made several purchases and will continue shopping for my scents on FBCA. Oh and should you need to return, the process is seemless, the FBCA customer service team is very responsive via email and professional. They've set the bar in my book.

So fragrancebuy has finally gotten the Layton clone back in stock and it seemed like forever, but "It's back" and OMG it smells so much like PDM Layton that it's insane. You better grab you a bottle before they sell out again. I purchased two just to be on the safe side and I'm so glad I did. At the moment no other site is carrying the fragrance "AL HARAMAIN DETOUR NOIR" if I can't bet on any other place to find my fragrances at a cheaper price I can always depend on Fragrancebuy.ca and thanks Ms. Asley at Fragrancebuy for always keeping me up to date.

Only one thing that you should do is try to change your shipping courier, specially "Shippie".
Last two times i had very very bad experience with them they have Zero percentage of experience of shipping, Zero percentage of experience of customer handling, never delivered on time, deliver product to wrong address
So my kindly request to you that please change this "Shippie" courier service as soon as possible.

I contacted Fragrance Buy via email to inquire about an out of stock fragrance that I've been wanting to purchase for my husband. I've submitted to be on the list to get notified when back in stock-but I wasn't notified when it was back in stock and I missed out on the buying opportunity. Many fragrance prices are better than I can get in the USA even with the cost of shipping. New releases are available here before they're available in the USA. Less than a week from Toronto to Sacramento California. My go to fragrance site!

I purchased it knowing there was no cello but there were a few other issues with the fragrance. Fragbuy sent me a return label and gave me a full refund on the purchase.

I had to cancel my order as the coupon I had didn't apply properly and was emailed back quickly and given a new code to use. This is my 2nd time ordering from fragrancebuy.ca and I will definitely keep buying as my wishlist is growing. I love the super safe and secure packaging they use, I can't imagine it breaking even if a courier kicked it off a truck. My perfumes smelled exactly like the previous bottles or samples I had so no worries about fake perfume. I would recommend this company to anyone over any other source for perfume.

Everything was great on Fragrancebuy.ca's end. FedEx on the other hand was horrible with transporting, getting the item delivered at the expected time (late by 3 whole days LOL) and when I went to pick it up in person at FedEx I was told it would be ready for pickup at 6:30pm…I arrived at 7:20 and was standing until 8:05 when someone finally arrived with my package. Fragrancebuy.ca deserves 5 stars but the delivery with FedEx really kills it. I may or may not be buying from them again just based on the fact the partner with FedEx. (This is not just FedEx slander this is legit. $971 of fragrance some was supposed to be a birthday gift and arrive on the 22…on the 25th they said they tried to deliver but I gave specific instructions to call me so I can let them in the gate or meet them out front. They never called. Not updated saying that it was out for delivery? Their tracking with email and text system sucks. When u go to track a item it feels like ur tracking a letter being delivered by pigeon. FedEx is dog sh*t terrible) -Ka Leb

One request would be to have an indication on how many of a frag are in stock.
