First time customer, based in the U.S. It was a great purchase experience with very fair pricing. They shipped very quickly, the order got to me in just a few days (honestly, even faster than most companies located within the U.S.) and was packaged professionally and safely.

Oh, and the boxes are as cool as everyone said. Very impressed with FragranceBuy!

I've bought multiple fragrances from fragrance buy and I've never had a problem before, fragrances are always delivered to my doorstep well packaged and authentic for great prices. They've now become my favourite fragrance discounters to buy my fragrance from. I am a YouTuber and most of my fragrance came from fragrance *******@SKG scents

I was looking for two specific middle eastern fragrances. Your site had the best price and an added coupon. BUT... once you added tax. The discount was only about $3 so that was a little disappointing.

Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.

This is an update to my previous review found below. Was refunded the cost of shipping for my last order from Black Friday sales. I have been using fragrance buy for all my fragrance purchases and will continue to do so as long as they value my business and keep me loyal.

When order is above $99 or more, shipping discount should be applied automatically at checkout. Missed the discounts every time there was sale because the discount needs to manually applied. Not a great checkout process.

I've been a customer for maybe just under a year, but have already bought a lot of fragrances already! This will be my now permanent go to website for all my fragrance needs! Good prices! And decent stock availability.

Per usual everything came in good condition which is always the concern when receiving something from so far away and all the items were there plus a free sample as they had promised great selection and always so much to choose from when buying from here.

OK, so I live in Pennsylvania in the US and this came in about a week after they sent it out so the shipping was very fast and I am super happy with that! My perfume smells exactly as described and good quality! My perfume also lasts very long as well so it is definitely legit! All around great experience. Thank you

Apex is a great fall/winter fragrance. I have not tried Blazing Mr Sam but people say this smells very similar. It is sweet with some spice provided by cinnamon. Not sure it would be a safe blind buy of it was priced higher, but for the price I took a shot based on a review from a trusted fragrance reviewer. I'm glad I took the shot because I like it a lot. I am a big fan of sweet/spicy cold weather fragrances and Apex certainly is that. And the presentation for such an inexpensive fragrance is fantastic.

I have only good things to say about FragranceBuy. After looking at a few different stores for Dolce & Gabbana Devotion intense, it was a bit less expensive on this site, even with the shipping cost. The perfume box was sealed in plastic and brand new. It's a beautiful scent. Very happy, thank you!

Despite initial skepticism and doubts my experience with FragranceBuy ended up to be amazing. Not only the products are genuine but so far everything I purchased came in a pristine condition. Selection of niche perfumes is incredible and service is spot on. Plus I love the loyalty program!

Fragrance Buy has such a diverse range of brands and scents. Super professional packaging, shopping experience is great and for me everything I've purchased has been authentic and exactly as described in the listing. Not to mention even when you shop around they usually have the best price competitively on most given bottles. Couldn't recommend more.

I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.

Fragrancebuy obviously has the best prices around four I would not be shopping there lol service is great product gets to you very quickly only thing I can say negative it's very addictive to shop at this place

I was extremely happy about the deal, 11% off entire order plus free shipping was amazing. The shipping took a bit, almost 2 weeks. Overall satisfied with purchase, all were blind buys and I loved all except for one which isn't bad but not to my liking. Plus got a tiny sample of initio's fragrance. Will be purchasing more from fragrance buy in the future.

I don't want to go a day without a great fragrance wafting around me - and FragranceBuy helps me find the best of perfumes at the least prices. I've always had excellent service from them & will continue my patronage of this well-run Canadian business.

I'm a repeat customer. Bought over 100 bottles from the site. Bottles are packaged well and product intact. Unfortunately the shipping has gotten worst over the years. Fed ex seems to have issues being efficient and often my packages travel hours past my home only to come back. I live 3 hours from the border and my packages typically arrive within 3 days. Now they take almost a week or more. And tracking doesn't get updated as often as it once did. I recommend fragrancebuy to everyone so I want to see them succeed. The only thing I'd change is the shipping. Other than that. I have not had one issue with the product quality. Thanks fragrancebuy!

Update* I finally did receive both packages at the same time. It took 2 weeks, but perhaps it's the holiday season slowing things down. Overall, I only shop on this site and always have because it's so easy, straight forward and the value is good. I also appreciate their attention to detail. So although my packages were MIA longer than expected, I'll continue making Fragrancebuy my go to source for fragrance :)

Rouge Sarây and Lune Feline Extrait are some of my best pick ups this year. They both smell wonderful like nothing else in my collection.The reward program for money spent is also dope. Customer service is one of the best around.

Overall, I'd have to say FragranceBuy did really good with my Order, it was the Black Friday sale, so i took the opportunity to try them out for the first time. Worked out and i got my order taken care of at some great prices. Plus the additional Discount an shipping codes made things that much more affordable and convenient. Shipping took a little longer but they explained due to the spike in orders for the sale that is to be expected so i didn't mind, just once my order got through and processed, and it did.

If there are a couple things that i could suggest that would make the website better on the whole, would be to:
1) Update the fragrance listing pages. It seems quite dated in its look and the amount of information given is limited. Some more info, like the fragrance notes and a description of the fragrance would be greatly appreciated.
2) Change the requirements for free shipping. FragranceBuy has a setup where you MUST purchase 5 items to get free shipping. In my humble opinion, that's a lot. Maybe if they setup a value amount for shipping eg. Free shipping with purchase order over $100, i think would appeal to a lot more people, cause a lot of buyers, may not even be interested in purchasing that many fragrances at once.

Implementing these suggestions would IMO, help the already wide reach that your website has. Cheers and Happy Holidays!
