Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
People talk about how customer service "used to be" all the time. We can always chalk the expression up as the longings of a past generation, but some places really do reflect the service we hear about. From the very first purchase, FragranceBuy made me feel like a childhood friend regardless of the distance and difference in nationalities between us. They're honest, expeditious, and take great care of their products and customers before and after the transaction. I may not have been around the times my dad reminisced about claiming that every vendor went above and beyond for the sake of their image and to grow trust, but I believe I have encountered one such company now and I look forward to all interactions with them. Their service is worthy of the highest praise, even in comparison to the past. For that reason, I am certain our dealings will continue well into the future.

This supplier of genuine fragrances at value prices is superb in every way. Their prices, packaging, and phenomenal options makes them the first option for fragrance lovers. I've enjoyed many deliveries from frangrancebuy.ca and have never had a bad experience. I'd say "good" but that isn't enough - BEST I've found, and they do it best every time. Keep putting other suppliers to shame!

FragranceBuy has a great selection of fragrances at competitive prices. I shop at other online discounters as well but FragranceBuy is probably the best. Shipping is good and usually pretty quick. I've only had one issue out of many orders. One product had leaked while in transit. Customer service was responsive and handled the issue promptly. I would recommend FragranceBuy if you have never given them a try.

The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted.
No free samples included as promised.
The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.

Everything was fine. Arrived on time, in perfect condition. My slight issue was tracking the shipment. This website does not have a way to track my shipment, somewhat withholding transparency throughout the process.

I ordered the 2 fragrances (Polo Red Parfum & Invicto Victorious Elixir) that I really wanted, and added 3 extra 'cheapies', so that I could get shipping for free.
The items arrived in about 4 - 5 days. For reference, at the time of this review, I live in Pennsylvania, so I do not know if being in a U.S. State closer to Canada affects the shipping time.
All in all, I definitely recommend buying fragrances from Fragrance Buy, if you can, or if the fragrance you want is cheaper on it.

I'm always amazed at not only the selection, but the prices I find at FragranceBuy. Shipping is always fast and packaged extremely well. Hard to believe that I usually get my order faster from Canada than I do from some of the other suppliers in the states.

Just read my emails to *******@fragbuy.
After being a customer for awhile and having an account you would think you could see I purchased several fragrance off your site.
I have now asked to be removed from future emails and close my account.
They're are just so many other options for discount websites.
Plus they ship quicker.
Update...
They try to resolve issue by offering samples now if I email ahead of my order.
Still not worth the time of shipping and bad service. I am using a few other discount fragrance shops instead.
Oh well it was nice while it lasted.

I have been delving into fragrances in the last few years and have purchased more from this site than any other. The shipping time is reasonable and you can find some real deals. My favorite part is the fragbuy insurance. For.99 cents Canadian money you can insure your shipment. With the purchase of the insurance they will send you a sample of a fragrance or other random item. These samples were super expensive fragrances I would never be able to buy. I have already purchased two fragrances this month.

Items arrived great condition and on time as dispatch and shipping are quick. Items quality is top for reasonable prices that are difficult to get and all items are authentic. 4 stars instead of 5 stars only because usually a sample is included in the order with the fragrances and buyer protection. However, this time there was no sample included with the order.

Always seems to have I stock items. If they don't you leave your email and they will notify you when it's in stock, loyalty program is great, get perks like free shipping or 10% off. Never have to worry about "fakes".

The only negative experiences I've had is that I received 2 rancid perfumes and I had to send them back and pay for that. Also, that I wanted to include an additional perfume in an already paid order but had to cancel to do so. It took forever to get the cancellation which resulted in the perfume I wanted being sold out, I was extremely disappointed since it took many many waiting months for that perfume to be available. (Still unavailable now).
Other than that, very good client service experience, good prices and fast delivery.

My first choice to check for a fragrance online. Excellent service and prices, just need to improve time it takes to ship out and also make free shipping over $50/60 for loyal customers. You are losing sales for that when people only need to make a smaller purchase.
