Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
Great service. They have a customer service who responds to emails. Very impressed. They shipped my order very quick and the order was packaged nicely and taken all the measures to protect my package when mailing it out. I will definitely buy from them again.

I am, as I'm sure most people who find FragranceBuy.ca, a collector of fine fragrances. I tend to veer towards the niche and harder to find fragrances... My signature scent is Dior Homme Le Parfum... A scent that you cannot buy direct in the US! FragranceBuy saved me a trip to France by having authentic, in-date, perfect condition Le Parfum. They ship fast, their packaging is some of the most impressive of any company I order from in any industry, and their communication is great. I am a FragranceBuy believer!

Always a little trepidation when blind purchasing a fragrance online… especially when the site is not situated in the US… But I must emphatically say any nerves about it were foolhardy. FragranceBuy is amazing. The transaction, the shipping the delivery, the quality of authentic product, and the communication the whole way through was outstanding. Then to top it all off, the packaging the product is sent in and the care taken in wrapping the products was absolutely next level awesome! The packaging itself must be a huge expense for FragranceBuy but it's so good that, that alone could make anyone a customer for life… as I will be. Thanks FragranceBuy!

This is the best fragrance discounter in Canada. I live in Montreal, and I know from experience from the many orders I made, if I were to make an order today, it will come tomorrow, maximum after tomorrow. They are quick and have good prices. I even get samples of PDM, which is great. Thanks!

For the last 3 years, I have noticed many of your fragrances out of stock. Therefore, I have to find a different suppliers or shop online in the USA.

Glad I tried fragrancebuy. Tons of perfumes to select and I found many that are about 1/2 price compared to retail stores. I purchased 2 and both I'm super happy with. They're legit, came in the designer bottles. They definitely aren't dupes but the real deal as far as I can tell. Shipping was surprisingly fast! I expected them on a Monday but they arrived on the Saturday before so 2 days early. Can't beat that! Nicely packaged, secured/protected in a nice little box. I'm super happy with my purchases and will be buying more in the near future! Im from Canada and have experienced purchasing fragrances from American sites that display prices in Canadian... then when I saw credit card charges noticed higher prices due to conversion/shipping etc. Didnt have that issue with fragrancebuy so Ill be using them again. For anyone hesitant about purchasing from this site like I am with new sites... I'd highly recommended!

FragranceBuy often has the best prices and a huge selection of hard-to-find scents. I love the website and find the "Rare Gems", "New Arrivals", and "Wish List" features to be very useful. Shipping speed is always reasonable. I live in the southern US and usually receive my items in less than a week. The packaging is the best in the game and my bottles are always incredibly secure. I still think they deserve 5 stars for their selection and prices, but I do have a couple of suggestions on how they could make things even better. 1) Free shipping based on a dollar amount rather than # of bottles. I think it's silly that I could buy five $30 bottles and get free shipping, but still have to pay to ship four $250 bottles. 2) Extend the expiration of reward points to 12 months of inactivity.

Paid over $100 USD for 2 fragrances for a perceptible value. I received a FedEx tracking number but was never able to track the package. Since I am international customer, I anticipated that clearing customs and delivery to my address would be awhile. After a prolonged waiting period, I was again unable to track my package at the tracking number provided. I reached out to customer service where I was told my package was lost and that the company could not cover my purchase due to purchase date being greater than 14 days from my communication. I have never received a product & I am out of my money,, waiting likely weeks for a FedEx claim to be filed. Please exercise caution when purchasing products from this seller. I am unlikely to purchase a product again despite the advertised value of fragrances.

Great deals on parfums!
Would have appreciated to get more free samples to try. When you buy in other Boutiques, you can get about 3 free perfume samples, per Perfume Bottle that you buy. And this way, we might fall in love with other fragrances & buy even more… Shipping time was okay.

Love FedEx, they leave it at your door, instead of pretending they "tried" to deliver your package (while your at WORK of course). Then make you go get it yourself (UPS)! Fragbuy has the best pricing, selection and shipping options. Great service thus far.
