Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.

I ordered Parfumes De Marley Greenly and Percival through FragranaceBuy because I get the best prices above all on this site and I'd other wise probably not buy or own so many high end niche fragrances. Fragrance buy makes it easy to order what you need always has a good selection of rare and niche products and I like that they have a point system that gives you even more discounts on top of those.

I can't be happier with my purchases if it weren't for Fragrance Buy I wouldn't be able to try so many amazing high end and hard to find fragrances. I appreciate the deals they provide and how well their packaging is handled. Highly recommend buying from this company for all your future fragrance needs. I tell friends and family all the time and it's like they just don't believe me until they see it for themselves then they are hooked. I've even got my barber and his clients into purchasing off this site primarily because of the great deals.

Why can't I track my package?
It gets here after a week (arrives at destinations on Thurdsay) and sits in the warehouse over the weekend and then maybe I get it? WTF
This has nothing to do with you (razor thin margins) as you keep whining about.

If I am on the West Coast and it takes over a week to get a small package here for $12.00 that I have to pay for, that's not acceptable.
Also why are you not giving a break to your top customers?

I think you need to stop this practice of only combining the coupon codes that work for you and not the customer. Even for long time customers, you treat them the same as a first time customer. Not good, am slowly looking at other alternatives. Fragrance.ca used to be pretty good, when you start playing games with the coupon codes and shipping the end result will be long tome customers leaving.

This site has my respect on a lot of levels, fragrances you can't get at other sites, great shipping, price point is very good. Customer satisfaction is very high, and its a Canadian site! I cannot recommend Fragrance Buy Canada enough :)

Always a pleasant experience shopping with fragrance buy! I discovered fragrance buy a few years ago and they've been my go-to shop ever since. Better selection and usually better prices than a lot of the other online shops, especially on rare discontinued and niche scents. Shipping and customer service are great.

It was an awful experience. Two of the three bottles I bought were delivered broken. This is coning from a long time Fragrancebuy client.

Was promised a freebie and a sample, got a freebie but not even for my package, this order number was my sisters package I had ordered on the same day maybe an hour earlier for the Canada Day sale, our packages got grouped in one package together to save shipping costs I assume, promised a freebie for the first 700 orders, I was hoping to get my own and for my sister to get her own, didn't work like that.

I was not happy with one perfume i bought did not smell that great almost like it was expired and the other perfume was kinda leaking on the sides. I did message and customer service was great but sending it back would cost me more. So not fully happy.

I was skeptical of a site I wasn't familiar with at first. A Reddit page confirmed it is a legit business. I was wary because of a popular perfume being sold at a very low cost! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick purchasing this perfume was and even more so by how quickly it arrived at my door. Will be using this site in the future again!
