Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
What's not to love? Exactly what I wanted, shipped with care, arriving in less than two days. Wow!

Shipment is quick and items are well packed. With all of the alternate environmentally friendly packing solutions there is no need to continue using Styrofoam peanuts.

I have made several purchases and, for the most part, Fragrance Buy offers the best prices. There is also a good selection of fragrances available. The rewards program is very helpful in saving shipping costs. The delivery time is about the same as other sellers, maybe a slight bit longer since I live in the US. If I want a particular fragrance, I try to wait for it to be re-stocked rather than purchase elsewhere. So yes, I am a happy customer!

100% worth it. I can't recommend this website enough. Even if your choices might be sold out they do restock them. Definitely love Fragrancebuy the prices are great the loyalty program is great. You'd be a fool to buy elsewhere once you know about this place.

I've worked in customer service for 25+yrs and consistency is key to a great experience and the team at Fragrance Buy are awesome! Prompt & friendly any time you need them. I'd say this is the one place where I shop online and get an actual personality vibe. And such a great selection, and options described.(tester no cap, dented box etc) I also really appreciate that when the stock is low, it says so! I nabbed an Amouage that was almost sold out. Plus the sample with price protection, love that, I've found a few new loves with that treat! And the red box it arrives in is an actual treat to open. Don't hesitate, this is a top quality company. I've been buying from Fragrancebuy for a long time. I recently moved to Hawaii and realized they don't ship there. This makes absolutely no sense. FedEx ships fragrances to Hawaii all the time and that's the carrier FB uses for the US. So for them to flat out NOT ship to Hawaii, even with higher shipping rates, I cannot understand. This is a HUGE disappointment as a long time customer. Guess I'm being forced to shop for frags somewhere else now.

After going through several websites, I found out that Fragrance Buy prices are the lowest all over in Canada with free shipping if we buy five perfumes together. The second thing is that all perfumes are authentic.
