Fragrance Buy

Fragrancebuy.ca is one of the most reliable fragrance sites I use, and often has things that other sites don't have. I wish they gave free shipping on purchases of fewer than 5 bottles, but no one is perfect. And in this case, they had a fragrance for about $20 less than the few other sites that even had this rare EDT, so I was very satisfied. Will definitely use again.

This was my first purchase from FB and it was so easy to research the colognes within my budget. The search features are exceptionally well done and the buying process was simple. I received my order in 5 days. I will definitely be buying again.

Shipping and service was great. Unfortunately I did not like any of the fragrances so I will not blind buy again. Ambassador had no scent. Basically the same with Dunhill Icon and Imperia. They did not last more than a few minutes.

Even though you are ordering from Canada and having it shipped across the border, there is never an issue with expeditiousness. I would recommend fragrancebuy.ca to anyone looking to save a little bread.

Quick service - even had a box for an unboxed item - team explained currency for purchases via EMAIL quickly and professionally. Prada luna rossa and ocean are very good fragrances. Oceans performance is avg.

I recently purchased a Creed Aventus fragrance from Fragrancebuy, expecting it to be authentic, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon comparing it with the same fragrance purchased from a high-end retailer, there are clear discrepancies:
1. Packaging: The box did not contain the signature Creed paper insert, which is standard with authentic bottles.
2. Perfume Level: The liquid level in the bottle was noticeably lower than it should be.
3. Overall Quality: The scent lacked the richness and longevity I'm accustomed to with Creed fragrances.

I chose Fragrancebuy because of its reputation for selling authentic perfumes, but this experience has left me questioning their authenticity claims. This is very disappointing, especially given the premium price point. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they address these issues and provide assurances of authenticity.

I had heard on Reddit that fragrancebuy was the best place in Canada to order fragrances — and they weren't lying! Top notch selection, customer service, and prices will definitely have me returning as a customer. Great place :)

I have not received my last order of fragrances as yet but for the orders I have made in the past, the service was flawless. I love doing business with fragrance buy, and I will continue to do business with you guys.

I have bought perfumes from Fragrance Buy a few times and I have had no regrets. My only reservation is with the shipping partner. I have had them delivered my perfume twice and both times I missed the first time because they tend to deliver at night. That said, after missing the initial delivery attempt, they said a message to confirm that they have the right details. However, there is NO way to reach them. The link to contact takes you to an unhelpful bot and they do not answer the phone. Please do something about them. Thank you.

Some of the most competitive prices you'll find, great inventory, and there really is nothing like receiving that red box in the mail. Will continue to be my primary source for fragrance purchases

Mail man delivered to the wrong house, not fragrancebuy's fault. I ordered on the 29th if August and received the package within 5 days. I expected closer to 2 weeks since it was coming from Canada, but was absolutely surprised when it arrived ahead of my anticipation. Well done. Excellent products, affordable prices, fast shipping, well trusted, fantastic integrity. Keep up the great work.

I purchased 2 bottles of Jovan sex appeal from you and i received Jovan bottles but, the scent was something totally different. I held up your "Jovan" to a bottle I still have and they are two totally different colors. Definitely not Jovan sex appeal. I feel as though I've been swindled by your company. You took my money but, didn't give me what I originally ordered

Extremely disappointed to discover when we opened the fragrance that it was not the authentic fragrance.

I am quite familiar with the scent as it is a favourite and have bought it a few times before. I have an authentic one to compare with and this is not at all even similar - a cheap smelling knock off in good packaging.

I had no idea! I thought all online fragranceries were the same, but I have come to find Fragrancebuy and I am thoroughly impressed! Real products, great pricing, fast shipping, lovely, thoughtful packaging, and fantastic customer communications. Every aspect was positive and now I have no need to shop around anymore! The prices are great. I wish there was a little more variety and items in stock. I can find what I want mostly but some popular items are usually sold out or not on the site at all. I also wish shipping was a little faster but it is as advertised on the site. I love the packaging as well.

I ordered Tim Ford Bkack Orchid as a blind buy but surprisingly I really really like it more than I thought. It is definitely authentic. The "perfume" version lasted forever on my skin. Great buy, highly recommended

Always great. The only thing is that I find unfortunate that we can't freely use all the perks we've accumulated. There's always a restriction to a few points per purchase!

I always get the best price and stellar delivery with fragrancebuy. My #1 site for buying. I just wish there was more stock especially with bottles over 100ml which are kinda rarer but I get that's likely not in your control!

Ease of purchase and follow-up communication are top notch. But where FB really shines is when there have been issues (and these are rare) - their customer service is fantastic and this quality of support and peace of mind is why I love this store. Thanks FB!

I chose FragranceBuy.ca because of its good reviews. My order arrived promptly and was carefully packaged. I ordered three fragrances, all of which were in their original boxes. I will be buying more from FragraneBuy.ca in the future.

Update:
After seeing my comments below, FrangranceBuy agreed to refund my entire purchase amount. I was very happy to learn that they are attentive to customer concerns and would, based on this interaction and their bargain pricing and quick fulfillment of orders, purchase from them in the future.

Sent the wrong items. Asked for a full refund and was told that there was a 20% return and restocking fee (this was after I indicated that I was intending to purchase the correct item from the company!) Very poor customer service choice.

I discovered Fragance buy from a referral by Sébastien the perfume guy on YouTube. I've since made about 4 purchases and referred many others. The prices are good the delivery is fast and the fragrances come in original packaging always sealed. I have full confidence every time I buy I will get what I asked for. The prices are excellent too! Thanks you for supporting me to build my perfume wardrobe!

I placed an order which I never received due to FedEx delivering the package to an unknown location. I followed up with Fragrance Buy who sent me a link to file a missing package claim but since filing I haven't received any communication. I sent an email to follow up but still have not received any updates. I called FedEx who stated it's the sellers responsibility to file a claim.
