Ordered a bottle of Dior homme Parfum, got notified throughout the entire shipping and delivery process of where and what was happening with my delivery. Took only 2 days to receive my package with standard shipping which is amazing. Overall 10/10 experience, will definitely be buying from here again.

I got my products at an unbelievable price and because I ordered 5+ products, shipping was waived.
The only downside was that after I unpacked my haul, I was wishing I'd ordered more. I went into this with a little wariness, but I've been pleased my with two orders that have arrived promptly and were packed with care to ensure that my order would be as intact as possible.

I definitely enjoyed the fragrances. I didn't think I would receive the original ones because, at first, I did not believe in online retailers when it came to fragrance. I thought it would be some product copies. But I was amazingly surprised when I saw the packaging and then the fragrances. They were of high quality and smelled so $#*!ing good, ooh gosh. I even already recommended the website to somebody I did not know just because that person was sitting next to me and suddenly told me: "I like your perfume". I replied " really?" he said "yes, it smells really good".

This site has delivered the best fragrances at the absolute best prices consistently. Shipping to Texas has always been prompt (usually within a week of purchase) and everything is delivered securely. I've never had a problem with damaged or missing products, super excited that I found this place when I started my fragrance journey!

Searching for things can be a bit annoying, I wish I could search for specific bottle sizes,l for example, and sometimes it feels like when something sold out it's gone forever. Great site, would highly reccomend

As stated in the title plus great service are just a few of the many reasons I have bought over 30 fragrances from them. If I had one complaint it would be how the discount is used when you build up your purchases. I have lost my $10 discount due to the way their system delivers your discount. Overall an amazing company that I would highly recommend.

Company genuinely goes above and beyond to help if there's an issue. They have extremely fast shipping and amazing packaging and not to mention the best pricing around hands down. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I've been buying from them since 2016. On and off...

They delivered authentic, quality products with the discounted prices. Shipping took a while and my package got delayed with fed ex. However long shipping is to be expected since I am in the United States and it's coming from Canada

My order was shipped and then returned without me receiving it. Numerous attempts to reach customer service have been met with silence.

Used to think this was the best option for fragrances in Canada. I'll be reconsidering in the future.

The products I ordered were received in good order and packaged nicely. No damages in transit. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the shipping. I live in an apartment building and there has been items stolen in the past. I try my best to be home when I'm expecting orders, and that all depends on tracking. The tracking for my order was poorly executed. It let me know when it was shipped, when it arrived at the sorting facility, and when it's out for delivery. Other than that, there are no updates. My next purchase, I'll pay for Canada Post since it's placed in a locked box for pickup and won't just be left anywhere depending on the delivery service.

Shipping was pretty much on time base on the schedule provided. Just that it takes a few days to process. Overall they are way better than fragrance x. I gave the a four star plus their price are not bad.

My experience so far with this company has been great. There have been a couple of issues/mistakes, but customer service has been wonderful. They are quick to respond and offer solutions when necessary. The shipping has been fast and the products are good and seem to be legitimate. They also carry a vast selection and are quick to find or restock perfumes when you click on the 'notify me when back in stock' tab. They are quickly becoming my number one place for Fragrance shopping. Keep up the good work! Having excellent customer service is the key to a good business and I am very happy with that. Please don't ever change!

What I love about this site is that you get access to so many hard to find fragrances or Europe-only releases making it possible for enthusiasts like me to be able to own the fragrances we covet. Always fast shipping and processing time & the purchasing experience is A+++!

I must say that Fragrance Buy delivered my goods in perfect condition and within two or 3 days after confirming my order. I hope this will never change because getting my goods just in time for weekend is important to me.

My package was tampered with and one perfume was missing. I have sent emails with pictures multiple times and called your toll fee number multiple times and left messages. Responses are very poor. I can't seem to get a concrete answer on what is happening. It's clear that my package was opened and then re-taped with clear packing tape. I am looking for the stolen perfume to be replaced and would appreciate a response back from someone ASAP.

EDIT: after posting this message I did get my issue resolved. Thank you to FragranceBuy for finally resolving the issue.

Took a little longer than expected to receive but it's normal considering the Canada day specials, which would have resulted in high volumes of orders. Otherwise, quick service, great prices and good range of products.

Only suggestion would be allocating an easy way for customers to recommend products they would love and setting up an efficient feedback loop in the event you choose to stock the recommended products.

They just can't keep up with the demand, best sellers are always out of stock, and lastly for someone who purchases fragrances based on online reputation and rating from influencers, no samples are made available to test out fragrances for sale and none are shipped with product complimentary.

Improve above you will be untouchable

Ordering colognes (once in stock) is quick and easy, I've never had an hiccup. If there will be a delay in the delivery date, Fragrance buy, generally sends an email regarding this delay. This is generally around any holiday, depending on when you place an order. I would recommend anyone to purchase from FB, you save a lot.

Was a little skeptical at first being that they are located in Canada. But package was delivered as promised & they also take great care in securing your order. I most definitely will be ordering again & also telling all my friends about you guys. Really appreciate you.

I had some questions after I received my order. I bought MFK and it doesn't last an hour I got worried it's a Fake. I emailed them twice to ask them. No one got back to me it's been almost a week. Till now I can't get hold of any one I just gave up on my $239 bottle I bought. Don't buy from there good prices yes … not sure about the quality. And really bad customer service
