I order almost all my perfumes from this FragranceBuy. They offer fast shipping and very competitive pricing. Also there are ofter promos where you can save big on your fragrances. Customer service is amazing, they answer fast.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the package arrived on time. The customer service is very very helpful and professional I would recommend everyone to buy from them.

I was a shopper at Fragrancebuy.ca but no longer. I personally cannot deal with a company that doesn't offer customer service. It all starts from the phone call that sends you to their "help" email. You leave a voicemail because there's no other option. VM left, then email let's hope they reach out. If it's a matter that needs to be resolved quickly, you will be quickly out of luck. I'm not sure if they are profiting from shipping fragrances then making the customer pay 14.95 to ship it back, instead of canceling orders, no matter what, is how it seems because there's no other option. Not very ethical in my opinion.

I was soooo impressed with my overall shopping experience! Great prices, love the loyalty program and fassssst shipping! Honestly did not expect to receive my order so quickly in the US and that alone is reason enough to remain a loyal customer! THANK YOU

Fragrancebuy is always my go to when buying fragrances. However I've become hesitant lately because most of my choices are sold out more than I like. My most recent shopping haul was the same and the shipping of 10 days was not to my liking.

I really liked the packaging and shipping experience. The package is very sturdy and gives me confidence that none of the bottles are damaged (these are gifts and I haven't opened them).

The shipping company, Shippie, is very good to work with (better than the more common known companies). Overall it was a very pleasant purchasing experience.

As per customer I buy perfume from frgancey for long time the perfume are good &service 👍 but my comment on this is why I don't get more discounts or gifts to make us love been with you guys & also give recommendations to other friends that helps more I guess

I ordered two products and it was packed well in a banded box with packing peanuts with safety tamper seal on the outside. The checkout process was simple and shipping was fast. Got exactly what I ordered at an amazing price. Definitely recommend and will buy again!

I had been waiting on an item to be restocked. Received an email and ordered immediately. Was saddened to find the item was not what I thought it to be. I reached out to Customer Service, they were amazing. Informed me of the discontinuation of the item I thought I ordered, and the repackaging of the item they had sent, and gave me a future credit to use for the inconvenience. I've been shopping at fragrance buy for a few years now, and i have NEVER had any issues with them. My order is delivered in about two days after I placed my order (i live in toronto). The box is well package. The prices have gone up a bit, but so has everything else. I only have good things to say about Fragrance Buy, if you want good authentic perfume, with good customer service, fast shipping look no further. Highly recommended!

Fragrancebuy.ca is the only fragrance discounter I trust. All of the colognes I have bought from them were real and have delivered in terms of performance. Before I discovered Fragrancebuy.ca, I tried another discounter called Joma Shop. I ordered 5 colognes and 4 of those 5 disappeared within 15 minutes of application. I'm not sure if the colognes were fake or defective. I never ordered from Joma Shop again. The only downfall of ordering from Fragrancebuy.ca is that it takes a while to get my order. I live in Nevada and they are based out of Canada.

I ordered about 7 fragrances and they all came in perfect condition and I also received a gift. I'll definitely be back for more and also I will refer all my people!
