I would rate my experience five stars! I received my first order last week on time and in good condition. I am very happy with the surface selection and price provided by fragrancebuy. It's great to deal with a Canadian company and not have to worry about Exchange or order delays. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family if they were purchasing fragrances. I have enjoyed my experience with them so far. Communication has been great. They don't blow up my inbox with a bunch of useless emails. I also enjoy the fact that the price is the price and I don't have to hunt for discount codes. I am looking forward to ordering more from them. I am specially interested in trying their own fomo fragrances Heard lots of good things about them.

Big inventory. Delivery on time! Never got disappointed!

Took a very long time to get the shipment and not happy with the quality of the product. There's no way to return the product if you open it. That means they could send anything and if we open it the money is gone.

My order came fast and efficiently but I wish they stopped using styrofoam in the packaging

My #1 favorite site to order fragrances. I have ordered from Fragbuy several times now and have had no issues with the service. I even needed a refund because I ordered too soon by accident and they reversed the order for me so I could put the rest of the items in the cart.

I never received my items. And when I reached out to fragrancebuy customer service, they told me to fill out a slew of forms. So I filled out the forms. And then they ghosted me. It's been almost a week and no response. I paid well over $100 for this order and never received anything. I even paid extra for shipping insurance just in case something like this happened. And yet, I am left with nothing. No refund, no fragrances.

Very excellent and competitive prices with a very smooth buying experience and flawless customer service with frequent updates on shipping and delivery time. Personally I'm very satisfied and will be coming back for more.

I have purchased from Fragrancebuy.ca many times and each time the transactions have been smooth and problem free. Products usually arrive within 3 days, packaging and overall service is great.
I would recommend them strongly as they have great options, stock and pricing.

Fedex failed to deliver my perfumes and is keeping them in a far-away location. This situation can be rectified by the seller which is FragranceBuy. I have emailed them twice and called them over 10 times in the past 3 days and haven't received a response.

My first time ordering. I was thrilled to be able to grab a fragrance I thought was long gone. SMOOTH transaction. I was provided with updates on my package the whole way. 5 STARS.

I have purchased at least 3 times prior. My email was part of the purchase for tracking.
I received no credit for the purchase rewards despite the automated telling me I had them at checkout.
Very disappointing

I ordered my two favourite fragrances, Hermann a mes Cotes and I am Trash. They were ordered just after midnight and delivered the SAME day. Outstanding. Always such a smooth and easy ordering and delivery process. Will always order again and again.

This is a great Fragrance company with a wide array of top quality products. The prices are very good the email notifications of restocked items is very helpful. I highly recommend them for all your Fragrance products.

Decided to jump on their Cyber Monday sale for a tester bottle of Naxos for CAD199.

Due to the high volume of orders, there was no update for about a week. Finally, it got shipped and delivered in a week.

Original review *I emailed customer support a few hours after placing my order to cancel it and also called the following day to leave a voice message before it shipped and nobody responded fast enough to cancel before it shipped. There's also no option to cancel the order.
