Fragrance Buy

I got all my fragrances, no damage except to the corner of a tester box which doesn't matter. My one concern as that it says there are fragrances in the box which might make it a target for porch pirates. I would overall recommend frangrancebuy!

I always receive my fragrances quickly and in great shape. I wish that I would receive some samples with my orders, have read a lot of reviews about samples others have received, I am yet to receive any.

Not only the prices unbeatable, but the easy of online ordering and the speed with which I receive the products is incredible. I will never buy fragrances in stores again. Fragrance Buy is the only way to go.

I bought hacivat from nishane, it came in under a week and it's perfect. 100% legit (i work in a store that sells them i'd know), it was for a gift and the team made my order priority so that i get it asap. Super thankful will order again!

Excited to order and have been awaiting the delivery (FedEx). Claims to have attempted delivery twice but was here both times. Now they are saying they are returning my order. Really frustrating. No way to contact fedex

I really appreciate the Fragrances Buy CA store for its very good customer service, they also have a very extensive portfolio of brands and fragrances and finally at a very good price.

I also really like the points and rewards method they have to retain their customers.

I put a 4 star because my package was delivered to the wrong address and luckily my neighbour brought me my package. If not for that, would have been a 3 star or lower depending on how fast the mistake would have been resolved. That being said, if not for the delivery problem, would have been a 5.

I was surprised how quick the delivery was and the bottle was completely protected with excellent packaging. I was truly impressed. I will make this my first place to consider for all my fragrance purchases.

Great service from start to finish. I was acknowledged of a confirmation after purchase two days later I got my shipping with tracking number. I was able to track my shipment from start to finish. Everything was perfect. No complaints. I would recommend the service to anyone. 5/5

I've only ordered from FragranceBuy twice thus far, but both experiences have been fantastic - I haven't had any leakage or concern about fakes. Recent bad reviews had turned me off, but the steep discounts and prior positive reviews made me willing to give the site a shot and I haven't been disappointed. I wouldn't spend big bucks right away if you're unsure, but particularly in Canada - where it's harder to source fragrances for reasonable prices versus the US - it's worth a shot on at least a few lower-end items :)

Not entirely happy as one of the bottles are leaking from the sprayer. I bought 5 of these perfumes and gave 4 as gifts. Not sure if the 4 are leaking as well.

Please advise on how this can be corrected.

I ordered a perfume which was about 170 in stores. I got it for 108 with everything in. It arrived quickly and in good condition. I was surprised for ordering it 5 days before the Xmas weekend. I received it in 2 days!

2 things I noticed, my bottle at the bottom had the serial number grinder off, another if the fragrance is very similar but not entirely the same, I bought a Roja Elysium at full retail price and compared that with the one I received there's a distinction between them, I don't know how it's possible maybe I lucked out and got a crappy batch. It has now made me think about future purchases.

As always, it's been a satifying, excellent experience. Not once have you all let me down. You have the perfume i want, and i wish you will get Paco Rabanne Black Xs L'exces for her. Yr delivery time is impeccable and im always excited when i see the package! A++++

I ordered this for a friend of mine and it was amazing, I expected it to be here late since I forgot to order it but I received it a few days early a round a week for shipping which is very fast since I'm in the us and this is a Canadian website. Overall more than pleased with the experience they have especially with their loyalty program it's even better.

Extremely fast shipping, authentic fragrances that smell amazing. Get the insurance for every chance you get, especially if your shipping to the states. You also get a free sample with the insurance. My only quip is the sample was for more feminine leaning, and one of my fragrance's atomizer was a tad loose. Not fragrancebuys fault, but QC from the actual fragrance company. It was amazing and I didn't feel like it was worse sending back too Canada for such a trivial issue.

Loved everything except Shippie... they came at 930pm and I missed it. Redelivery was four days later and I got it but was around 9pm again

I have placed 41 orders so far but half of those have had problems with the Shippie - their courier service - for the unprofessional service they provide. So it's been easy to buy but uncertain delivery.

Perfume arrived quickly and in good order. I have never had any issues with fragrancebuy. Have used this company many times in the last couple of years. Recommend.

It's been 1 day after the scheduled date and time that it was supposed to arrive. It was supposed to arrive yesterday at 10am-2:00 pm however, it's now the day after at 12:32 pm and it's still not here. When I look at tracking for the package the arrival date now says, "Pending", also, The package is still in the same location that it was yesterday morning so it didn't even move. As of right now i'm very dissatisfied with this current situation.
