Messed up Order on Canada day, promised to fix it and then messed it up again

Everything was delivered in excellent condition less than a week from the order date which is very fast for Canada to the US. The total price for the order was $121 USD less than I would have payed on Amazon for the haul. I know because I added them all to my Amazon cart just to see. $257 for Fragrance buy and the same fragrances would have cost me $378 on Amazon.

Need I say more fragrancebuy is very quick on delivery and I am never worried when I shop here. Everything is always in great condition and I never question authenticity. I always check here before I buy anywhere else. Shop here and you will never regret it.

I placed a request for notification when an "out of stock" fragrance became available. I received a notification as requested, and ordered the fragrance. As I live in the states, I was very pleased to receive consistent notifications as to where my product was while in transit. The fragrance arrived timely, and unscathed.

I stopped shopping on fragancenet because fragrancebuy promised faster delivery times but I'm still here waiting. The problem is that I eat another fragrance that is supposed to arrive on Wednesday and I don't think that's the case.

The box and the perfume are fake. The perfume smells similar to the original; however, it isn't long-lasting, dull, and has weak protection. I wrote an email to the company the day I received the package with photos and have still no reply. I will not suggest buying with this company, nor will I again.

I looked for a fragrance that was out of stock. Fragrance Buy offers the option to be notified when a fragrance is back in stock. I requested notification. I was notified when it was re-stocked. I ordered it and it was delivered promptly. Fragrance Buy is located in Canada and I'm in the U.S. Typically, when I order from a business in Canada there is a brief Customs delay, so if the business doesn't fill the order promptly, the order is mot delivered promptly. My experience with Fragrance Buy has been very good.

Overall I have an excellent experience buying perfumes from fragrancebuy.ca; I only have two suggestions to improve the experience a little more:
1. The perfume box contents need to have a little better protection against rain; one of the boxes I received was left outside the garage, and it rained that day; the perfume I ordered was a gift, so bit of an issue
2. The perfumes listed on the website must have descriptions to help customers make better decisions. Even if it is not a long description and just a few lines, it will help.
