I just did 3 blind buys, based solely on the reviews. Kudos to the reviewers for not leading anyone astray; I have 3 new fragrances to wear that I wouldn't have otherwise even considered. And FragranceBuy is my new cologne supplier, for sure. The site is great, the communication about my order is great - love it, and I'm a lifelong customer now. I just wish CanadaPost wasn't so expensive for y'all to use, as I prefer it over the other options. But hey, I smell great regardless! Cheers!

Picked up a bottle of Armani Stronger With You Tobacco when it was first released on FB.
Usual great experience and even through everything has to go through US Customs, I still often get my purchases from FB faster than other domestic (US-based) companies.

FragranceBuy is the go to source for all my fragrances. They seem to be first with the new releases and the free samples when you get with the Fragbuy Care Green Insurance are a nice touch as well.
I've never had any items damaged in transit and never had an issue with items not being 100% authentic.

Just received another purchase from FragranceBuy! The service is impeccable, the prices are very competitive, and I'm able to find fragrances that are sometimes difficult to find at other discounters. I'm also pleased that I was able to take advantage of Boxing Day deals! Amouage Interlude Black Iris is an amazing fragrance, and the price was insane compared to retail!

I received a damaged bottle. The plastic and the box were intact, but the bottle cap and one side of the bottle were smashed and bashed. This is my first time with this great company, but this time I am not satisfied.
UPDATE: I could not expect more than great things about Fragrancebuy.ca. They refund me and understood my concern. Great customer service.

I have bought many times from FRAGRANCEBUY. Always a great value for what you spend. Four out of five of my fragrances in my most recent purchase smelled lovely. The fifth fragrance smelled off. FRAGRANCEBUY refunded me the full amount I paid for the fragrance, even though it was open. Great customer service, I will definitely purchase fragrances from this online company again.

Some of the fragrances that are sold on the website had been opened and resealed. Please check the cello wrap, it shouldn't have any sign that they were opened before and should have a tight seal. I had a recent issue when I bought a fragrance and it showed a sign that the cello wrap was opened before and resealed. In addition, upon checking the batch code on the bottle and box of the fragrance, both don't match. So please, double check any fragrance you're receiving. Good thing fragrancebuy has a good customer service and was able to return it.

Few days ago I wrote a bad review about a purchase I made of a perfume, thinking the product wasn't legit but thanks to the help of fragancebuy I found out that the perfume wasn't working good on my skin due to my ph. They did everything that was in his hands to help me and at the end the accepted the perfume in return giving me a complete refund! Even though it wasn't their fault. Way to go fragrancebuy! I was very satisfied with my first experience with FrangranceBuy. Price was the best that I found. Even the box it came in was very nice and professional. The only issue that I had was fedex marking the package as delivered 3 days before it actual showed up at my door, but that had nothing to do with service I received through FragranceBuy. Will order again.

The shipping was WAY to slow. I ordered something from FragranceNet and Giftexpress... and the came a lot quicker. FragranceNet has had its problem with shipping. And I have never received a sample from you. FragranceNet and Giftexpress do it all the time. Just saying.
