Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
Steps were taken and fixed all issues quickly and accordingly. Will keep on using and purchasing their great priced fragrances

I ordered a Jean Paul Gualtier bottle. And it was unopened. The bottle leaked everywhere, so when I opened it, the velvet was soaking and ruined, the whole can was ruined as well. It costed over $90 and they only offered $30 refund. Not good customer service.

I've spent thousands with this company. Recently they started to take money and then wait a week, and then cancel your order, and then don't refund you. They did this multiple times to me! This company is ridiculous. They have stolen thousands from me now by canceling my orders and not refunding.

I have found many hidden gems which are far below what I would have expected to pay. The shipping and delivery is always great as well.My only do that objection is that my points went missing and after contacting support and having been reassured to have them restored; they have not been restored.

I have bought perfumes from Fragrance Buy a few times and I have had no regrets. My only reservation is with the shipping partner. I have had them delivered my perfume twice and both times I missed the first time because they tend to deliver at night. That said, after missing the initial delivery attempt, they said a message to confirm that they have the right details. However, there is NO way to reach them. The link to contact takes you to an unhelpful bot and they do not answer the phone. Please do something about them. Thank you.

I like fragrancebuy. My perfume was as expected. However, my experience with the shipping company was not okay. They attempted delivery once which I missed. Tracking on their website as poor as you can only know if it's in transit, not where it is or when it will arrive so one can't plan accordingly
