I found this negative review site by chance, and most definitely thought I would escalate the horrible service that I received with a lost order by the same courier that lost my entire Xmas order from roots!
Although my fragrance have been fine. One shipment was literally left outside my secured condominium entrance without even entering and leaving a tag to notifying having been in the property! My birthday gift purchased was stolen as it was just dropped on the floor outside of the building when I sent a pic an email and notice to both courier and fragrance x the courier was mortified! Could not believe
The man did it or why when I was home… lodged a complaint investigation I had insurance… nothing was done no replacement was sent out. I am far to busy to follow up. I had to go that day replace the product at shoppers beauty boutique as it was a gift. And my money was lost my account was never credited. Customer service just insisted I keep looking around the building and ask other ppl I do not know if they picked up the package. Go door to door
When I have a spinal injury and need 7 plates in my neck from 2 car accidents over my purchase that they sent out with a careless courier and reversed it to my issue!
So I will say if you are just saving 20.00 think twice it may not be worth the trouble the service is horrible. I'm a retired executive excuses are not what clients should be receiving the ownership is on the shipper not the receiver! When the company is passing " the buck" that is horrible business and you do not want to support that. The order was over 300.00 they kept asking if concierge accepted it. Fedex dummies always do that! They are supposed to wring the intercom above it on the wall they left it on the ground outside of the building and ran out the door they never even buzzed my code to say it was there! Stupid! And this company I gave up arguing I am too injured to argue with stupid!
But you can all see below fedex delivery and the safety concerns! Nobody wants to do a little work!

Clearly an incompetence issue with fedex which is a risk shipper takes when shipping product!!

Great prices, great selection and the delivery was quick and well packed. The only thing that bugs me is that they no longer have the little box that tells you what the fragrance notes are. I like to try new ones but now I have to google them first.

I went on line looking to buy some Jovan after shave and found Fragrance was offering a set, 4 fl oz (118) ml of Jovan after shave and a 2 oz (59) ml of Jovan cologne spray so i ordered it. When i got my package i was disappointed to find only a 2 oz (59) ml Jovan after shave and the 2 oz (59)ml of the cologne.

The price that came up when I put the fragrance in my basket was different that what I was actually charged. I called and left a message but never got a call back. I was happy at how quickly I received my order but very disappointed that I was charged more and never got a call back.

I received the order Friday, which is a holiday and the bottle of Xerjoff Iommi was defective. The team responded immediately after holiday break and was understanding and provided a resolution which made me very happy. This was definitely not necessary as it was a manufacturer defect on the bottle. But it was very nice having the website support their customers and keep them happy. Will definitely keep shopping with them and their nice prices.
