Here you find everything you need from all over the world,original products, rare to find. Great customer service, very fast shipping. Orders looks like you give a present,never something damaged. Very happy to have business with and highly recommended for people who are afraid to try
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
Items arrived great condition and on time as dispatch and shipping are quick. Items quality is top for reasonable prices that are difficult to get and all items are authentic. 4 stars instead of 5 stars only because usually a sample is included in the order with the fragrances and buyer protection. However, this time there was no sample included with the order.

I purchased two items and was eligible for the black friday code. I called customer service and left a message, and I didn't receive a response. Normally I don't have any types of issues with Fragrancebuy, as I have been a customer for a while.

All was good but, I did order 1 fragrance that showed the picture with a built in atomizer so I ordered it. But when it arrived it didn't have the same top. And no top at all! I wouldn't have ordered it. Alfred Sung pour home. Other than that all was good.

The only negative experiences I've had is that I received 2 rancid perfumes and I had to send them back and pay for that. Also, that I wanted to include an additional perfume in an already paid order but had to cancel to do so. It took forever to get the cancellation which resulted in the perfume I wanted being sold out, I was extremely disappointed since it took many many waiting months for that perfume to be available. (Still unavailable now).
Other than that, very good client service experience, good prices and fast delivery.

I was looking for two specific middle eastern fragrances. Your site had the best price and an added coupon. BUT... once you added tax. The discount was only about $3 so that was a little disappointing.

Great product selection, competitive pricing, and the website is easy to navigate. If I had to nitpick something, it would be the shipping cost. At almost $12, it's a bit pricey! However, I do live in the States and understand shipping from Canada isn't cheap.

I purchased the Boadicea Victorious Blue Sapphire. Fragrance Buy had the best selection of this fragrance for a great price. Not only that I wasn't expecting delivery of it as quickly as it was received. Appreciate the price and quickness of the delivery and enjoying the scent thus far. I really liked the packaging and shipping experience. The package is very sturdy and gives me confidence that none of the bottles are damaged (these are gifts and I haven't opened them).

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I'd like to share some feedback. One of the fragrances, Afnan Supremacy Collector's Edition EDP M 100ml, has an issue—the cap doesn't fit the bottle properly, which seems like a manufacturing fault.
I've rated my experience 4 stars because of this issue, but I'm open to discussing it further if there's a resolution available.
