The prices are great. I wish there was a little more variety and items in stock. I can find what I want mostly but some popular items are usually sold out or not on the site at all. I also wish shipping was a little faster but it is as advertised on the site. I love the packaging as well.

I had heard on Reddit that fragrancebuy was the best place in Canada to order fragrances — and they weren't lying! Top notch selection, customer service, and prices will definitely have me returning as a customer. Great place :)

Apex is a great fall/winter fragrance. I have not tried Blazing Mr Sam but people say this smells very similar. It is sweet with some spice provided by cinnamon. Not sure it would be a safe blind buy of it was priced higher, but for the price I took a shot based on a review from a trusted fragrance reviewer. I'm glad I took the shot because I like it a lot. I am a big fan of sweet/spicy cold weather fragrances and Apex certainly is that. And the presentation for such an inexpensive fragrance is fantastic.

I was initially skeptical when I saw the prices and the website. After making my first purchase, everything was perfect; it was delivered after a week. The cologne was well-protected and packaged, and it arrived in perfect condition.

I recently purchased from Fragrancebuy for the first time and I am both impressed and very satisfied with my purchase and experience with the company. The ordering process was easy, there was communication throughout with my order and shipping, and my package arrived relatively quickly, considering I am in the US. My order was packed well and arrived without any damage or issues. They have a great selection, great prices, and I was able to order scents that were not available to me on other US sites. Although it may seem that the cost of shipping to the US is more than other local sites, when you factor in the money you are saving from sales tax and other fees, it is more than fair and worth the money. Highly recommend!

I ordered from FragranceBuy for the first time. I'm in the US so my package took a little be longer but everything worked out smoothly and efficiently. I definitely would order from again. Great prices, great service, excellent packaging. I can't complain.

I've been a customer for maybe just under a year, but have already bought a lot of fragrances already! This will be my now permanent go to website for all my fragrance needs! Good prices! And decent stock availability.

Overall, I'd have to say FragranceBuy did really good with my Order, it was the Black Friday sale, so i took the opportunity to try them out for the first time. Worked out and i got my order taken care of at some great prices. Plus the additional Discount an shipping codes made things that much more affordable and convenient. Shipping took a little longer but they explained due to the spike in orders for the sale that is to be expected so i didn't mind, just once my order got through and processed, and it did.

If there are a couple things that i could suggest that would make the website better on the whole, would be to:
1) Update the fragrance listing pages. It seems quite dated in its look and the amount of information given is limited. Some more info, like the fragrance notes and a description of the fragrance would be greatly appreciated.
2) Change the requirements for free shipping. FragranceBuy has a setup where you MUST purchase 5 items to get free shipping. In my humble opinion, that's a lot. Maybe if they setup a value amount for shipping eg. Free shipping with purchase order over $100, i think would appeal to a lot more people, cause a lot of buyers, may not even be interested in purchasing that many fragrances at once.

Implementing these suggestions would IMO, help the already wide reach that your website has. Cheers and Happy Holidays!

After being a customer for awhile and having an account you would think you could see I purchased several fragrance off your site.
I have now asked to be removed from future emails and close my account.
They're are just so many other options for discount websites.
Plus they ship quicker.
Update...
They try to resolve issue by offering samples now if I email ahead of my order.
Still not worth the time of shipping and bad service. I am using a few other discount fragrance shops instead.
Oh well it was nice while it lasted.

Love fragbuy. They have more products than any other site with the best prices. Shipping is a little slow as it comes from Canada but I'm always happy when that box comes

Got what I ordered. It is not overnight service but it arrived as promised and packaging was excellent to ensure it arrives in best possible condition.

I contacted FragranceBuy via email, as instructed on their website, to initiate a return. Their response outlined two options: I could ship the return myself at my own expense or request a return label, which would deduct $12.95 from my refund. However, despite multiple follow-up emails requesting a return label, I received no response. Frustrated, I left a one-star review, which finally prompted a response from their customer service team. To their credit, they acknowledged their mistake and kindly provided me with a free return shipping label.

However, it's important to note that any returns incur a 20% deduction, as returned items are considered 'open package' and must be resold as such. While I appreciate the resolution, the lack of initial communication and the steep return deductions are something potential customers should be aware of.

I have purchased from FragBuy a few times now and have always been satisfied with their offerings and delivery. Sometimes it takes a long time for fragrances to get back in stock but that's not a deal breaker. I will be purchasing from FragBuy exclusively from now on after a recent poor customer service experience with another discounter.

I'm a repeat customer. Bought over 100 bottles from the site. Bottles are packaged well and product intact. Unfortunately the shipping has gotten worst over the years. Fed ex seems to have issues being efficient and often my packages travel hours past my home only to come back. I live 3 hours from the border and my packages typically arrive within 3 days. Now they take almost a week or more. And tracking doesn't get updated as often as it once did. I recommend fragrancebuy to everyone so I want to see them succeed. The only thing I'd change is the shipping. Other than that. I have not had one issue with the product quality. Thanks fragrancebuy!

Update* I finally did receive both packages at the same time. It took 2 weeks, but perhaps it's the holiday season slowing things down. Overall, I only shop on this site and always have because it's so easy, straight forward and the value is good. I also appreciate their attention to detail. So although my packages were MIA longer than expected, I'll continue making Fragrancebuy my go to source for fragrance :)
