Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
I previously had some issues as it relates to information that was relayed to me. Julia assisted in making sure everything was made whole, and I'm more than happy with the help I received. This is an exemplary take on how customer relations should be handled. Thank you.

Love the smell but it's gone after about 30 minutes. Too much money spent on "perfume". The body shop has fragrance that last longer. Even bathroom fresheners last better.
