Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
After dealing with this company for many years this is the first time I have received a broken bottle of parfum I have sent emails with a little bit of a runaround answer the products were sent from Canada to pick and send in Miami pick and send forwards it on to me in the Dominican Republic they notified me that the product came from Canada I believe through FedEx and they received the Box leaking they opened it up to see what was leaking and it was one of the bottles of perfume had been broken I have sent you pictures I hope this can be rectified soon so that I can give my typical excellent service comment and continue to tell other people as I have how satisfied I am with the price and service when I was in Canada the product was there in two or three days here it is longer because it has to clear Customs to go to Miami I understand that I hope this gets rectified so I can continue to recommend your service to others thank you in advance

The actual items I ordered arrived in great condition, so no problem with those. However, I was disappointed to find that the samples that were missed in one of my previous orders that were supposed to be added to this one did not make it into this latest package. I know they're just a few samples, but I received confirmation from the help email that they would be added to the order.
Edit: The fragrancebuy help team did reach out to me and they kindly refunded my shipping fee as a gesture of goodwill as well as offered me the samples on my next order. Many companies have minor misses like these, but the team at fragrancebuy seem to know how to get them resolved!

I was looking for a fragrance for my wife that had been dropped by retail store. Luckily I found it on Fragrance Buy! I was able to find what I was looking for and the ordering was very easy. My order arrived very quickly and was correct. I will likely use Fragrance Buy again because it is easier to find what I'm looking for on line, than driving around from store to store and coming out empty handed.

I love shopping with fragrance buy. I have ordered 2 large fragrance hauls and they have both arrived, with free shipping very fast at my door. Hands down they have the best prices out of most places I go through. Every once in awhile I have to shop around if something is out of stock or on the off chance I do find it cheaper at 1 of my other spots. I will continue to use fragrance buy and already have over $600 in my cart again. To some that's a lot of money, which it is but when you're getting multiple bottles of xerjoff and bond number 9 you can't beat the prices. Keep bringing the great deals, fast shipping, and great customer service and you have a customer for life.

Ordered pre Easter week, received it on Saturday to my great surprise expecting to have to wait till after the holidays.
The fragrance Boccanera is an absolute stunner, both in presentation and scent which shimmers off skin for 10+ hours. Can't recommend it enough!

I have spent hundreds of dollars at FragranceBuy. When I'm looking, FragranceBuy is ALWAYS my first stop. They have a very broad selection and the prices are often the best. The red box packing system is premium and I've never had a single problem regarding the quality of the products after shipping. I have two suggestions: first, lower the threshold to qualify for free shipping and two, simplify the rewards system. I would like to be able to use more than one reward at the same time.

The selection of fragrances is wide-ranging and the prices are good. Customer Support is warm, friendly and polite. I like that they use FedEx which seems to get the purchases to their destination faster than normal. As far as I am concerned FragranceBuy is one of the top two destinations. I always consult their site when buying fragrances.

I live in NC and their authentic fragrances are delivered to me fast and in great condition. As of this writing they offer free shipping if you spend more than 199$. With there products already well discounted, It's a great deal.

As a first time buyer, it was easier to navigate throughout the website! FragranceBuy has a mass variety of Fragrances to choose from and I was able to pick up Ultra Male! I would considering buying again! Unfortunately due to social media and trends, Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances are mostly out of stock and is hard to buy, I have signed up for notifications for restocks but haven't received any email about restocks. I would totally recommend FragranceBuy to friends and family and would considering buying anytime soon!

I didn't received a confirmation via email. I emailed them re: update and they responded right away with a tracking #. It was delivered on time via FedEx. Prices are cheaper. It could have been perfect if they are more proactive with communication. So far so good.

I had always been skeptical about buying from here but after I read a few reviews and compared their prices I decided to place an order. Besides the fact that I got the best value here in terms of prices, the service was super fast. I placed my order on Oct 5 the Thursday just before Thanksgiving weekend and by Tuesday, Oct 10 right after the Thanksgiving holiday my package was delivered with all my items intact. All products came sealed and in perfect condition. I will most definitely be placing more orders and also introducing my friends and family.
