I ordered two colognes and they both arrived with in a week or so and with great packaging, where I was not concerned about the safety of my bottles. The prices were the best around as well, which made it easier for me to spend the money!

I spent over $200 on the tenth anniversary, minutes before the event went live and paid for my own shipping and did not receive a sample. The product that I bought is wonderful but this experience may taint where I choose to spend my $$$ next time.

I have placed over 12 different orders with Fragrance Buy and they are amazing with shipping my orders in a timely manner, all the boxes are packaged extremely snugged so there is no possibility of damaging, I have never received and damaged bottles, there prices are extremely competitive and if I have an issue they respond quickly to my emails. I would definitely recommend Fragrance Buy to others and look forward to continuing shopping with them in the near future!

I have bought 5 fragrances from fragrancebuy 3 times and i am always amazed from the prices even though it is oftentimes out of stock which would be the only downside from the platform.

Used to be customer's oriented - this time around, delivery was little later than usual and there were no samples in the box. So i was a little disappointed. Please go back to being customer oriented company

A good experience buying perfume。
It's just that when you haven't accumulated points at the very beginning, you have to buy 5 bottles to get free mail. That's too much for normal use. I think it may be more attractive to change it to spend 200 cad or whatever amount to get free delivery.

Been wanting to get this for awhile but it's hard to find in the USA. Got notified that it was in stock and luckily they strict customers to only getting 1 so boom finally got it! I ordered on a Thursday morning and got my bottle Monday evening! Everything was packaged great as well!

There was a little communication issue, but FragBuy resolved it nicely as usual. Cologne arrived quickly and well packaged.

I appreciated there being a tester available for a cheaper price. The purchase was for myself so there was no need for a fancy box, etc. Delivery was quick and easy with no fuss for import duties or otherwise. Delivered within a reasonable time.

Just to be flat out honest, I wasn't sure if I was signing up to be scammed by this website. I live in California and had never heard of these guys before, but decided to take a chance and roll the dice. It's simply legit. I will be going the fragrancebuy.ca from now on. I can't get over the prices and selection. They carry a fragrance that is out of production and at price that is unheard of anywhere else. The packaging was great and the bottle was brand new and sealed. I'm constantly telling people I know about these guys and how impressed I am. My last order was a very sizeable one.
I was disappointed to learn that the courier did not call downstairs to get buzzed in & did not knock on the door to alert us. In addition to this, he fake signed the label himself instead of making sure that we signed & took a picture as proof of receipt, leaving it in front of the apartment door. I paid extra for insurance & did not expect such bad service from the courier, my order before this was better. Please look into this, I bought 10 bottles of expensive perfume that could have been stolen!

Hi all. This is in reference to a previous order. After speaking with a rep from company she explained delay. She was extremely helpful with resolving problem and even offered discount on my next purchase. I will buy again from them and they have a great selection and quality products.

Although i wish as much as i spend i can get better and more samples and earn points quicker and that points shouldn't ever expire. Always always best prices. I want to tell people that if you buy colognes and Perfumes, as you buy you get these fragrance sprays. Most of the time I have enough to get free shipping which is awesome coming from Canada! The packages come in two days air packs sealed and never have damage so far. I love those red and white boxes! I feel like the fragrances that I purchased are not authentic because they are different( weak performance and smell) from my old ones. Additionally, the delivery service is also very bad. I won't be doing business with Fragrance Buy in the future.

I have gotten into clones. This order had 10 items. Every one placed in protective wrap.The shipping time was great. They use FedEx to deliver my Items. No problem went very smoothly. Unlike other merchants not only was the shipping prompt, but the packaging was done in a way to protect the contents inside and lastly the delivery required a signature thereby avoiding the possibility of a stolen package. I have placed many online orders but it is rare to have all three things in place. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Fragrance Buy and highly recommend them to others.
