Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!

I always received my packages in perfect condition!
And fast as well! The only time it took near 2 weeks to receive my package was during the Black Friday sale and you sent a message to tell me it was going to take longer than usual,so i was aware of the delay. And i had great discounts on my perfumes on Black Friday so again I am very happy and grateful. Love every single experience with you guys

After being skeptical to order due to worries involving delivery time, authenticity, etc. I've been pleasantly surprised! I've had colleagues mention that the orders take 2-3 weeks to be delivered but the last two orders I've made showed up to my door 2 days later! Packaging is great, as well as the authenticity of the product. The experience I've had ordering off Fragrance Buy makes me just want to order more and more fragrances. One of the best selection on the whole continent. The item I wanted was out of stock so I signed up for email notification upon getting the item back on stock. I also love these guys because they have some harder to find items as well. Super competitive prices and they usually blow everybody out of water with their great prices. Hands down best packaging. I never received a broken bottle. Every time I see the red box I'm already smiling. Super fast shipping and one of the best customer experience. On top of that they have an awesome reward system. I'll continue to buy from them.:-)

I have used FB.CA 3 times within the last two months. The service has been top notch. My packages always arrive at the prescribed date and everything is securely boxed up. I always get a notification when a fragrance comes in that I asked to be notified about. I have nothing but praise for the company. I love shopping for fragrances with you, however you must disclose that paying $30 for priority shipping does not guarantee you will receive your order in 1-2 business upon order. Whether I pay $15 or $30 I notice it takes the same time to receive my order. This is a bit deceitful and dishonest.

I love shopping from Fragrance Buy! They normally have exactly what I'm looking for, and in most cases for significantly cheaper prices. Shipping is quick consider it's coming from Canada. I love how their stock notifications come when we request an alert for an out of stock item. They are not usually out of stock for long, and keep a fresh supply of new arrivals to peruse through. I rarely buy from anywhere else.

Always a great experience buying from FragBuy, even if I never win any of their prizes, during special events, I am always past their first one thousand orders or whatever they offer. Not their fault, lol. Their products are always top notch and in great condition, and the selection is unreal, many niche and rarities appear on their website to tempt me all the time :) I love love buying from them, always a great experience. Their boxes are overkill though and the way to open makes them super safe but unusable tor a second time, so they all need to be recycled, sometimes I wish I could re-use them….

With only one or two exceptions, the shipping has always been fast, and I've received my orders in a timely manner. This is really important to me. When it takes too long to receive my orders, I begin to regret my purchases and I usually won't order again. If anyone has doubts, don't. This is a solid company, and everything I've ordered has always been as advertised. Prices are very competitive.
