Decided to buy a couple fragrances for this winter and I couldn't be more satisfied. Although delivery time was longer than my previous orders, I understand that it's probably because of the holidays. FragranceBuy.ca good as always!
I recently purchased a Creed Aventus fragrance from Fragrancebuy, expecting it to be authentic, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon comparing it with the same fragrance purchased from a high-end retailer, there are clear discrepancies: 1. Packaging: The box did not contain the signature Creed paper insert, which is standard with authentic bottles. 2. Perfume Level: The liquid level in the bottle was noticeably lower than it should be. 3. Overall Quality: The scent lacked the richness and longevity I'm accustomed to with Creed fragrances. I chose Fragrancebuy because of its reputation for selling authentic perfumes, but this experience has left me questioning their authenticity claims. This is very disappointing, especially given the premium price point. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they address these issues and provide assurances of authenticity.
Good to go, good addition to collection, good smells, can't comment on longevity as I was in smoking bars the whole night

I have found many hidden gems which are far below what I would have expected to pay. The shipping and delivery is always great as well.My only do that objection is that my points went missing and after contacting support and having been reassured to have them restored; they have not been restored.

I have bought perfumes from Fragrance Buy a few times and I have had no regrets. My only reservation is with the shipping partner. I have had them delivered my perfume twice and both times I missed the first time because they tend to deliver at night. That said, after missing the initial delivery attempt, they said a message to confirm that they have the right details. However, there is NO way to reach them. The link to contact takes you to an unhelpful bot and they do not answer the phone. Please do something about them. Thank you.

I like fragrancebuy. My perfume was as expected. However, my experience with the shipping company was not okay. They attempted delivery once which I missed. Tracking on their website as poor as you can only know if it's in transit, not where it is or when it will arrive so one can't plan accordingly

As a content creator/fragrance reviewer I've purchased from Fragrancebuy for their selection, quality, speed of service AND the sample that comes with the green care. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because with my most recent haul, I did NOT receive my sample that I was charged for. Got a great deal on Triumph of Bacchus. Orders take about a week to arrive but is worth it given the discount. I always receive a sample of something different which is a nice addition. The boxes are sturdy and packaged well which keeps my fragrances safe.
