Fragrance Buy

When I pulled the cap off the fragrance, the part of the atomizer you press to spray the fragrance pop off. Once I put the part that fell off back on and sprayed the fragrance it was amazing. But the atomizer keeps coming off when I take the cap off. After using a few times the cap of the atomizer doesn't come off anymore and I'm pleasantly delighted with the fragrance and the customer service from Fragrance Buy.

I'm a bit of a fragrance addict, and I feel naked if I'm not wearing one. Without FragranceBuy, I wouldn't be able to have as big of a collection as I do, and I wouldn't have been able to experience so many wonderful perfumes at a good price. I've been buying since 2016, and I've had nothing but positive dealings with this company. Highly recommended for those who love perfume like I do.

As this was my first time ordering from here I wasn't sure how long it would take. Turns out it took just over a week, which is fine, but I never received an email saying anything about when it was shipped. Luckily I had the shop app so it told me when and where the package was. When the package arrived it was packaged the best out of any fragrance discounters that I have ordered from.

Very happy and will purchase from Fragrancebuy again for certain. Great pricing and the Pegasus Exclusif scent is fully legitimate. Exact same scent and longevity as I've used in the past. Quick delivery.

My experience has been great since my first order. My only negative experience was a mix up in my order. I ordered two of the same fragrancenes, but my order was canceled and my money was refunded. I give you guys an A on pricing, packing, and prompt delivery. 👍

I have bought multiple bottles of cologne on here and it's been amazing! I bought a bottle during a sale and finally got around to opening it. It won't spray at all!
I called for help but because it was passed 14 day return policy a return wasn't in the cards.
I understood the policy but I only want to replace a broken product. Don't agree that something couldn't be done.

Overall great experience with fragrance's, their prices, and the fast shipping.
Just wish the samples that come with the insurance would be as good as before.
I would get a lot of niche and similar samples as to what colognes i'd be ordering now, now they all arent as good as before and usually just brands i've never heard of.

I created an account months ago, but had been waiting for a few fragrances to come back in Stock.

I ordered three fragrances, they all smell magnificent I'm very pleased with my choices.

It took the order a week to arrive via delivery. Upon arrival the delivery package immediately stood out, it looked similar to a shoe box. Inside the fragrances were packed very neatly with foam pellets everywhere. I wish other delivery companies used a similar style to Fragrancebuy.

I was a bit disappointed that there were no samples included with my order. Over the years receiving samples with Fragrance purchases seems like common practice.
- For me samples allow me to experience new fragrances that I might otherwise never know about or view for example I once received a sample for penhaligon's halfeti and I fell in love with the fragrance. It was out of my price point but made me attempt to find things with a similar profile.

I got 14 fragrances. I got them fast, securely wrapped and the best part of all…INEXPENSIVE! I've bought from discounters in the past and this is now, by far, my favorite! They truly do customer service and quality products, TOP NOTCH!

Nothing but good things. Everything has been packaged good, no issues with delivery. My only gripe is that it doesn't have mind games on the site and that's just me being greedy.

I bought a cologne for my son's birthday and was really surprised with how quickly it arrived.

Really competitive pricing, great rewards system. Shipping may take an extra few days to go out, but the fragrances come packed really well. This is one site that I will continue to use

I ordered a perfume on a Friday night and a few hours after purchasing I emailed requesting to cancel because I was being gifted a perfume. I never heard back at all and the company just went ahead and shipped the product. Even if cancelling was not possible, I should've received a response at least instead of having my email completely ignored.

Great service and ends up being always on time I also love the amount of different fragrances they have on hand and don't search anywhere else online.

I've placed an online order without a discount code which I wasn't aware it was sent to my email. I then contacted customer service by email regarding this, and right away the next day my request was fulfilled and they've replied back politely and said that they would be hlad to honour it. Very professional and appreciates customer loyalty, I've never been disappointed in any products from Fragranebuy

Fast shipping and great packaging, much better than other places I ordered fragrances from. I received everything that I order intact and also, got one sample for free. I am very happy with this website.

I am very satisfied with my perfume purchase; however with a blind buy it would be nice if comments could be left. Site has a lot of online options for fragrance. Shipping was fast.
