I like purchasing products from Fragrance Buy. They do a great job of making good quality fragrances a little more affordable. My only quibble would be that I think they should offer free delivery, at least for orders over $100 or $150. I've order many products from them and they've always arrived quickly and in good shape.
I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.
Perfume smells like nothing! When I raised the concern I was told to return the bottle at my own expense and I would get a partial refund since it was opened! Very dissatisfied with the service.
IMO one of THE BEST places to get fragrances! Great selection and by far the best prices I have come across. ALWAYS packaged so nicely so no harm happens to your purchases. Fragrancebuy can not be beat!

My first time buying from Fragrance Buy was excellent, I will definitely purchase again. My Goutal Paris perfume arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I had been wanting the Un Matin D'Orage EDP for awhile as it is such a beautiful summery perfume. The shipping information was timely and concise as well.

I ordered Varakh Silver from Fragrance World and it showed up to me in South Florida much faster than expected. Especially after a hurricane. The scent was good and it came well protected in the box.
The items were delivered and packed very well. I was impressed with how much effort was put into making the packaging luxurious not to mention sturdy and safe for the bottles. The prices were lower than anywhere i've seen. Will keep purchasing every time there is a sale.

I have bought a number of perfumes over the course of the past few months. Stock has been mainly in stock. If not replacement is soon back in stock. Delivery is relatively quick. The items are very well packed. Suggestion for your web site would be to have a more intensive description of each perfume. Certainly, I'll be back!
Everything arrived in excellent condition. Also, I was surprised to see a decant sample since I was recently told that FragranceBuy stopped giving out samples.
Amaizing fragrance! Only issue it took 2 weeks to arrive. I know California is far away but the package traveled almost the entire east coast after arrive to Phoenix AZ
Fedex is $#*! they never came and now I have to go 30 kilometers to look for my order as long as you do business with fedex but I will never place an order on your page again

Last year, it took a couple weeks for my orders to be delivered. I was impressed that it took days (not up to a week) from order to delivery in the US this time.
I heard about this website with very competitive prices from a few YouTube influencers who claimed that the website offers authentic fragrances. So, I made my first order from the website. I was still a bit skeptical when I received the PDM fragrance I ordered, especially after I noticed some differences with the PDM boxes I currently own.To cut the story short, I contacted customer service and started asking some questions. They were very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions, explaining that PDM recently changed their box design, which was easy to double-check. In addition, they shared their knowledge and addressed all my other concerns. They proved the authenticity of their products first-hand. I am happy with my purchase, with the price, and very impressed with the customer service! I will be a returning customer for sure.

My new scents came in a nice tamper sealed box and well packed! I loved the first perfume I purchased and hadn't even smelled it yet! The next 3 perfumes I bought I was able to smell first so I knew I would love them. The only downside was paying almost 20 dollars to ship through Canada Post. You would think that shipping through Canada Post would have been cheaper. Product arrived fairly quickly and in perfect condition 👌
