Ordered mancera precious aoud. What they sent was not real. No batch code. Sent them an email to that effect. Waiting on pre paid shipping lable to return this fake juice for a total refund. I have 17 mancera fragrances all have the batch code on both the bottom of the packaging containing the juice and the bottom of said bottle. The batch codes on authentic mancera fragrances are lasered in the bottom of the package and the bottle.

Very pleased with the way customers services attended to me and also resolved my issues.

First, the scent is wonderful. It has become a favorite almost immediately. Second the time it arrived was only 7 days from the day I purchased and it got here in wonderful packaging. Very impressed.

First off, I'll start with I'm glad you guys are here. The sales support and fragrance catalogue is amazing. You are a valuable company to Canadians and I highly recommend you to anyone I come across.

However I feel things have gone downhill a bit. Things like deals that have been less than stellar and prices have been more expensive compared to other discounter website(s) I also order from. I've also been waiting on fragrances for months only getting restock after I make the purchase somewhere else after having contacted before I did so. I don't know the specifics of the business and acquiring inventory, however the competition is offering me the fragrance in stock, with a better discount and a better faster shipping (UPS is slow) so it feels like there's a room to improve and things used to be a tad better. I understand economy hasn't been the best lately.

Things that I don't need to mention but I still will, is that the fragrances are always genuine and always get to me in one piece.

Bought a bunch of fragrances, and when I tried to return one of them, found out the buyer pays for return shipping. I think that should be covered by the company. A little disappointing.

I ordered several bottles to haul my favorite fragrances (most of them are Armafs). Even it is based on canada, the shipment is very fast. It is very well packed and the box is filled with cushions to protect the items inside. I will definitely order again and will recommend this site to others. By the waybthe prices of items here are the most affordable as compare to other perfume store and site and you can find rare or discontinued items as well. I live in an apartment abd the buzzer code wasn't captured when.i ordered. Someone tried to call me and I wasn't able to pick up. No other attempt was made to reach me, even though my name is in the directory someone could have buzzed up that way. Instead I got a vague message that thd delivery failed and would be attempted again at some point. I had to follow up to find out how and when. This was my first time having a problem with delivery, but it was frustrating
Fragrance buy reached out about this issue. I certainly wasn't expecting them to, but I am grateful for the quick response and the swift action they took to acknowledge my concern and resolve the matter. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Fedex delivered an empty package, unfortunately, the insurance does not cover business addresses, however they covered me taking the losses... i have purchased with them since 2021 and so far their customer service has been the best, i am really grateful to them for helping me even if it cost them financial losses, I will definitely continue buying! I totally recommend them ever!
