I have ordered many fragrances from different websites during my fragrance journey. Most I have had a good experience with, but with a much higher price tag on the fragrance. Fragrancebuy.ca has the lowest prices and the largest selection of designer and niche fragrances available online while maintaining a lower price point than other websites. Also the perks associated with the loyalty program have saved me a lot of money on shipping when I'm only purchasing one fragrance. I can't speak for their customer service- because I've never had an issue with not one order. However, if their customer service is anything like their packing and shipping service, I'd say it's got to be exceptional! On not one of my 10+ orders have I ever received a broken bottle, a partial order because they ' forgot' an item, an issue with quality or quantity. And believe me, I have many fragrances from various other retailers in the past whom I have had those issues with. Not with Fragrance but.ca. Their packaging is top quality and orders are always correct. Period. So if your like me and you've tried the rest, now try the best. Thanks Fragrancebuy.ca! You have a customer for life with me!
