Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
Fragrances are at affordable prices and come always in time.

Fedex delivered an empty package, unfortunately, the insurance does not cover business addresses, however they covered me taking the losses... i have purchased with them since 2021 and so far their customer service has been the best, i am really grateful to them for helping me even if it cost them financial losses, I will definitely continue buying! I totally recommend them ever!

I ordered several bottles to haul my favorite fragrances (most of them are Armafs). Even it is based on canada, the shipment is very fast. It is very well packed and the box is filled with cushions to protect the items inside. I will definitely order again and will recommend this site to others. By the waybthe prices of items here are the most affordable as compare to other perfume store and site and you can find rare or discontinued items as well. The fragrance and shopping experience was good as usual, but this time, Fedex decided it would not leave my parcel on the side doorstep instead requiring me to be present whenever they happened to drop by. I work like most folks during the day so bad news for me, they kept my bottle of Dior homme intense leaving me with a "we tried to deliver but you weren't there" sticker. No info whatsoever as to where I could go pick it up.
The folks at Fragrancebuy found the location of my parcel quickly, but I had to drive half an hour just to get to the Fedex warehouse where my fragrance was being held.
I bought many times from Fragrancebuy and it's the first time the delivery company won't leave my bottle at the door.
I will not buy again if I can't have my perfumes dropped at my door, this is a big NO NO! For me.
137$ worth of fragrance should not require a signature unless it comes with a 75" TV:-)
Edit: Fragrancebuy refunded the shipping fees. Thank you, I know this was not your fault but I appreciate your help. As for me: Fedex no more, I'll go with any other carrier available from now on

I live in an apartment abd the buzzer code wasn't captured when.i ordered. Someone tried to call me and I wasn't able to pick up. No other attempt was made to reach me, even though my name is in the directory someone could have buzzed up that way. Instead I got a vague message that thd delivery failed and would be attempted again at some point. I had to follow up to find out how and when. This was my first time having a problem with delivery, but it was frustrating
Fragrance buy reached out about this issue. I certainly wasn't expecting them to, but I am grateful for the quick response and the swift action they took to acknowledge my concern and resolve the matter. I will not hesitate to order from them again.
