Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
The crew at Fragrance Buy where extremely helpful and assuring. My package took a little "Road Trip" across country before landing on my doorstep. Ashley responded to my concerns right away.

My bottle arrived and the glass portion of the pump was snapped clean off, perfume saturated the entire box. I messaged the customer service email and heard absolutely nothing. Never again
I am editing this review to note they EVENTUALLY got back to me. They were apologetic and refunded the money I spent. Their initial service was awful, but they responded to this review right quick

I usually buy from three other online sites as well, but I have left them at FragranceBuy and another site as the only ones that are 100% reliable so far. Those who were left out failed in one thing or another regarding the product. As long as fragancebuy and the other online site continue as before, I will continue buying my fragrances only on these two sites

Excellent customer service I had ordered the wrong cologne for my grandson, sent the email Saturday asking for a cancellation and had the response on Sunday confirming my cancellation.
