Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
Love the selections and speed in which they ship/ deliver their products.

I've ordered several perfumes from Fragrance Buy and so far I've been happy. The only thing I wish they do for repeat customers is probably give us some samples as a token of appreciation. That would be awesome

I was looking online for my very first perfume which seems to be impossible to find in stores these days and I was excited to find it on Fragrancebuy. The shipping was fast, the product was well packed, and it smelled exactly as it did almost 20 years ago. I'm very pleased with the service and selection!

Shipping was as usual, no complaints. This Montale Intense Cafe is so terrible, nothing like the bottle I just finished. Has this been sitting in a warehouse for years, has it turned, is it some kind of replica dupe. Honestly, I am so disappointed and saddened that it will go in the trash.

Shipment is quick and items are well packed. With all of the alternate environmentally friendly packing solutions there is no need to continue using Styrofoam peanuts.

I have made several purchases and, for the most part, Fragrance Buy offers the best prices. There is also a good selection of fragrances available. The rewards program is very helpful in saving shipping costs. The delivery time is about the same as other sellers, maybe a slight bit longer since I live in the US. If I want a particular fragrance, I try to wait for it to be re-stocked rather than purchase elsewhere. So yes, I am a happy customer!

100% worth it. I can't recommend this website enough. Even if your choices might be sold out they do restock them. Definitely love Fragrancebuy the prices are great the loyalty program is great. You'd be a fool to buy elsewhere once you know about this place.

I've worked in customer service for 25+yrs and consistency is key to a great experience and the team at Fragrance Buy are awesome! Prompt & friendly any time you need them. I'd say this is the one place where I shop online and get an actual personality vibe. And such a great selection, and options described.(tester no cap, dented box etc) I also really appreciate that when the stock is low, it says so! I nabbed an Amouage that was almost sold out. Plus the sample with price protection, love that, I've found a few new loves with that treat! And the red box it arrives in is an actual treat to open. Don't hesitate, this is a top quality company.
