Received a notification that an item I wanted was back in stock. Ordered it an another item. Shipping was amazingly fast and items were packed well.
Site is easy to navigate and prices are fantastic.

This is my second time ordering from Fragrancebuy. Overall it was a good experience. 1st time I ordered 6 fragrances and they all arrived in a decent amount of time and not damaged. This time I ordered 9 fragrances and they took about 2 weeks to arrive and not damaged. Only problem I have is that the first time I purchased 6 bottles I didn't receive not one sample. This time I purchased 9 bottles and only received 1 sample. It would of been nice to receive a few more samples to try out.

Great customer service, in love with my perfumes. Ordered 5 perfumes one came with cap messed up and I contacted company they responded right away. Will order again from this company.

Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.

I had been waiting on an item to be restocked. Received an email and ordered immediately. Was saddened to find the item was not what I thought it to be. I reached out to Customer Service, they were amazing. Informed me of the discontinuation of the item I thought I ordered, and the repackaging of the item they had sent, and gave me a future credit to use for the inconvenience. Amazing Customer Service as always.

I ordered about 7 fragrances and they all came in perfect condition and I also received a gift. I'll definitely be back for more and also I will refer all my people!

I purchased 2 bottles of Jovan sex appeal from you and i received Jovan bottles but, the scent was something totally different. I held up your "Jovan" to a bottle I still have and they are two totally different colors. Definitely not Jovan sex appeal. I feel as though I've been swindled by your company. You took my money but, didn't give me what I originally ordered

I placed an order which I never received due to FedEx delivering the package to an unknown location. I followed up with Fragrance Buy who sent me a link to file a missing package claim but since filing I haven't received any communication. I sent an email to follow up but still have not received any updates. I called FedEx who stated it's the sellers responsibility to file a claim.

As always I am very happy with the customer service of fragbuy.ca. Great choices and very reasonable prices.

I've been a customer of Fragrancebuy.ca for about two years. I just placed an order for 8 fragrances, and due to travel timing, realized a day after I ordered that the order wouldn't arrive in time before I needed to return to my duty station overseas. I emailed Fragrancebuy and asked if I could pay for expedited shipping. They responded quickly and expedited my order at no cost! Ak$#*!a and Tara greatly exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service, and I have no qualms about recommending them to any fragrance buyer/collector. In addition, their prices and selection are always top notch. I should not that I'm also very pleased with the new additions to my collection!

Fragrancebuy is always my go to when buying fragrances. However I've become hesitant lately because most of my choices are sold out more than I like. My most recent shopping haul was the same and the shipping of 10 days was not to my liking.

Straight up the best discounter. They ship out to the US I hear, but I myself am in Quebec, Canada. Great prices, quick delivery, and sometimes, a lil sampler present.

This fragrance has been on my want list for awhile and I am so glad I pulled the trigger! Shipping wasn't the worst. Will be purchasing from FragranceBuy again very soon! :)

Prices seem to be climbing but other than that I'm satisfied. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I wish there were cheaper shipping options or free with orders over $100

I didn't get the black friday even though i got the discount bag and the creed fiorentina came without the transparent film cover and I didn't buy a sample. Very disappointing

I placed my order a week before Christmas and was very happy to receive my package on the 23rd. I expected the delivery after Christmas.
My son loved the cologne.

Where do I start. Every bill I get seems like it's wrong so I email and they send me a completely different bill than the one on my account. Which seems to be correct but it doesn't look correct on my account. I've asked them multiple times to fix this they have told me that they can't because of the platform they use which is nonsense. They finally come back with a response saying they'll do something about it but it sounded like a response from the liberal government. A lot of words on all the plans they have to deal with this but no actual plan. Then there is the ridiculous shipping times, this one was excessive it took me two weeks to get my package. I asked them what was going on because my package made it to Barrie then it went backwards to Woodbridge by Vaughn. When I asked them what was going on they told me they had reached out to Fed Ex, but I didn't get a response back for 2 full days, then I asked them again what was going on I didn't get a response for another full day. They got a hold of me about 2 hours before the package finally showed up on my doorstep with no explanation of what happened just that I would be getting my package today. Then I open my package, and even though I paid for the insurance and their deal is that you would get a niche sample and a normal sample for the insurance I got no samples in my package. The samples aren't the biggest deal but they are the icing on the cake for a terrible experience.
