Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
As a first time buyer, it was easier to navigate throughout the website! FragranceBuy has a mass variety of Fragrances to choose from and I was able to pick up Ultra Male! I would considering buying again! Unfortunately due to social media and trends, Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances are mostly out of stock and is hard to buy, I have signed up for notifications for restocks but haven't received any email about restocks. I would totally recommend FragranceBuy to friends and family and would considering buying anytime soon!

I didn't received a confirmation via email. I emailed them re: update and they responded right away with a tracking #. It was delivered on time via FedEx. Prices are cheaper. It could have been perfect if they are more proactive with communication. So far so good.

Have bought fragrances a couple of times from fragrance buy, their prices, product variety is really good. If you live in GTA area the delivery is within 3 business days of placing order

I had always been skeptical about buying from here but after I read a few reviews and compared their prices I decided to place an order. Besides the fact that I got the best value here in terms of prices, the service was super fast. I placed my order on Oct 5 the Thursday just before Thanksgiving weekend and by Tuesday, Oct 10 right after the Thanksgiving holiday my package was delivered with all my items intact. All products came sealed and in perfect condition. I will most definitely be placing more orders and also introducing my friends and family.

This is a great store, with some of the best prices and fragrance selection. This is a great option instead of retailers to get your hands on popular designers or exclusive niche frags. Their costumer service is great and haven't had any issues with shopping or returns, they have always been friendly and helpful, and shipping is always good and prompt. Fragrance Buy definitely exceeded my expectations.

I am fairly new to the fragrance collecting world, and this is the first time buying here. I am completely pleased with my experience, they had a great variety, and prices, but what impressed me was the shipment and delivery of my fragrances... I order from here and another website at the same time since a couple of the frags where out of stock here, even though I found them at the other website I received my order from Fragbuy two weeks ago with no issues... This my go too site. I've bought 10 plus frags from here in the last year or so and it's always speedy and secure delivery. Products always arrive in mint condition. My only gripe is they take a little long to get newer frags. Its okay tho

I've used this site several times. I'm in Toronto and a local courier delivers the box each time no trouble. If you find deals on testers and the low price seems unbelievable, I say believe it. My testers arrived in bubble wrap no box with a TESTER label on the back, they were a great deal

This company has been great to me in the past, and ships super fast. They are very responsive and my advice to anyone having issues with shipments, please deal directly with the shipping company. I know first-hand the issues that may arise with lost or stolen packages, and sellers are normally limited in how they can respond to these matters. Love FragranceBuyCA!

Got wind of Fragrancebuy.ca and decided to give them a try. So far, so good! My only grip is that I was unaware of their sprays program and was unable to get free shipping on my order! They don't help out after the facts.
So check for perks if it's your first order and create an account to get some benefits from making purchases, are some of the things I learned and recommend.

Ordered Versace Blue & YSL homme for myself and Ari for my girlfriend. The YSL does not smell like the true scent, it smells way more floral than the original and a much more feminine scent. This is the second time this happened to me, on the last order, I purchased CK One for a classic scent that I love, again, the exact same thing. My girlfriend said the same for both and I ended up giving her both bottles. So $300+ dollars later, I only have one cologne to show for it. Extremely disappointed with this.
UPDATE: the company reached out about my experience and was willing to rectify the situation. I am actually really pleased with the reach out and the offers to make things right. We have this resolved and I will continue to shop here for my fragrances in the future.

Every time I have purchased from your company it has been an amazing experience. As I've become a serious fan of colognes you have helped me grow everything and that continues with this last purchase of Tom ford oud wood. However, this time I received a bottle that was from almost 4 years ago as it's batch code had stated. No issue as of now with the fragrance smelling wonderful still, but could become one of the fragrance quality deteriorates/Expires with a average 5 -10 year life span. I don't think it will be a issue but if it does I just wanted to to have some sort of awareness brought to you guys beforehand. I look forward to continuing to buy more products from you and telling family and friends who the go to company is for buying your favourite colognes and perfumes!

My order arrived in a sealed shipping box. Inside had a good amount of pscking foam to protect everything and nothing was damaged in shipping. We all know how much delivery drivers care about other people things.

I did not like the fragrance. That's what I get for listening to certain fragrance YouTubers. Luciano Sunset Swim does NOT smell 90-95% close to Louis Vuitton's Afternoon Swim as some would have you believe; it's closer to 75% like the original. It's not repulsive, but it's just not for me.
Payment, shipping, and delivery time were all excellent with this company, however. My fragrance bottle was packaged well and securely for shipment. I live in the southeast US, and processing & shipping times were very short, considering this item had to ship from Canada.
I would definitely order from this company again, but I'll just be more selective about whose product opinion I follow.
