Fragrance Buy

My order was shipped and then returned without me receiving it. Numerous attempts to reach customer service have been met with silence.

Used to think this was the best option for fragrances in Canada. I'll be reconsidering in the future.

The products I ordered were received in good order and packaged nicely. No damages in transit. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the shipping. I live in an apartment building and there has been items stolen in the past. I try my best to be home when I'm expecting orders, and that all depends on tracking. The tracking for my order was poorly executed. It let me know when it was shipped, when it arrived at the sorting facility, and when it's out for delivery. Other than that, there are no updates. My next purchase, I'll pay for Canada Post since it's placed in a locked box for pickup and won't just be left anywhere depending on the delivery service.

Shipping was pretty much on time base on the schedule provided. Just that it takes a few days to process. Overall they are way better than fragrance x. I gave the a four star plus their price are not bad.

My experience so far with this company has been great. There have been a couple of issues/mistakes, but customer service has been wonderful. They are quick to respond and offer solutions when necessary. The shipping has been fast and the products are good and seem to be legitimate. They also carry a vast selection and are quick to find or restock perfumes when you click on the 'notify me when back in stock' tab. They are quickly becoming my number one place for Fragrance shopping. Keep up the good work! Having excellent customer service is the key to a good business and I am very happy with that. Please don't ever change!

What I love about this site is that you get access to so many hard to find fragrances or Europe-only releases making it possible for enthusiasts like me to be able to own the fragrances we covet. Always fast shipping and processing time & the purchasing experience is A+++!

I must say that Fragrance Buy delivered my goods in perfect condition and within two or 3 days after confirming my order. I hope this will never change because getting my goods just in time for weekend is important to me.

My package was tampered with and one perfume was missing. I have sent emails with pictures multiple times and called your toll fee number multiple times and left messages. Responses are very poor. I can't seem to get a concrete answer on what is happening. It's clear that my package was opened and then re-taped with clear packing tape. I am looking for the stolen perfume to be replaced and would appreciate a response back from someone ASAP.

Took a little longer than expected to receive but it's normal considering the Canada day specials, which would have resulted in high volumes of orders. Otherwise, quick service, great prices and good range of products.

Only suggestion would be allocating an easy way for customers to recommend products they would love and setting up an efficient feedback loop in the event you choose to stock the recommended products.

They just can't keep up with the demand, best sellers are always out of stock, and lastly for someone who purchases fragrances based on online reputation and rating from influencers, no samples are made available to test out fragrances for sale and none are shipped with product complimentary.

Ordering colognes (once in stock) is quick and easy, I've never had an hiccup. If there will be a delay in the delivery date, Fragrance buy, generally sends an email regarding this delay. This is generally around any holiday, depending on when you place an order. I would recommend anyone to purchase from FB, you save a lot.

Was a little skeptical at first being that they are located in Canada. But package was delivered as promised & they also take great care in securing your order. I most definitely will be ordering again & also telling all my friends about you guys. Really appreciate you.

I had some questions after I received my order. I bought MFK and it doesn't last an hour I got worried it's a Fake. I emailed them twice to ask them. No one got back to me it's been almost a week. Till now I can't get hold of any one I just gave up on my $239 bottle I bought. Don't buy from there good prices yes … not sure about the quality. And really bad customer service

The fragrance came fairly quickly and on time from CA to US (Tx) and in great condition. It was packaged with lots of care. The scent itself smells wonderful. It is unisex but can't tend to lean more masculine.

I look forward to getting my hands on the fragrance buy boxes. They are always safely packaged and secure from tampering. Every fragrance is always as it's supposed to be and I really appreciate your company. The only thing that would make me happier is some additional big discount codes lol.

I ordered two colognes and they both arrived with in a week or so and with great packaging, where I was not concerned about the safety of my bottles. The prices were the best around as well, which made it easier for me to spend the money!

I spent over $200 on the tenth anniversary, minutes before the event went live and paid for my own shipping and did not receive a sample. The product that I bought is wonderful but this experience may taint where I choose to spend my $$$ next time.

I have placed over 12 different orders with Fragrance Buy and they are amazing with shipping my orders in a timely manner, all the boxes are packaged extremely snugged so there is no possibility of damaging, I have never received and damaged bottles, there prices are extremely competitive and if I have an issue they respond quickly to my emails. I would definitely recommend Fragrance Buy to others and look forward to continuing shopping with them in the near future!

I have bought 5 fragrances from fragrancebuy 3 times and i am always amazed from the prices even though it is oftentimes out of stock which would be the only downside from the platform.

I love shopping from this website because they have been consistent with sending my fragrances expeditiously and packaged in a manner where I've never received broken or bent products. As long as they stay consistent, I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Used to be customer's oriented - this time around, delivery was little later than usual and there were no samples in the box. So i was a little disappointed. Please go back to being customer oriented company

A good experience buying perfume。
It's just that when you haven't accumulated points at the very beginning, you have to buy 5 bottles to get free mail. That's too much for normal use. I think it may be more attractive to change it to spend 200 cad or whatever amount to get free delivery.

Been wanting to get this for awhile but it's hard to find in the USA. Got notified that it was in stock and luckily they strict customers to only getting 1 so boom finally got it! I ordered on a Thursday morning and got my bottle Monday evening! Everything was packaged great as well!
