Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
Since the web site to the product at your door the experience is more then fantastic.

Every time I have a very nice experience, the package and the timing for each purchase is more than fantastic even when there are big promos and with an expected delay is not that much.

I buy fragrance from fragrancebuy.ca every time I want a new fragrance. They also have many deals and you can choose too. Stocks are sometimes limited so better grab them soon!

Issues with FedEx resulted in never receiving the order. FragranceBuy couldn't just re-send the order so I received a refund. Pretty inconvenient. I received a coupon for free shipping in the future. Not sure I'll bother again since I've had no issues with other perfume sites.

So far I am happy with product except for the delivery time very slow and take longer time specially FedEx I think you should speed up the process and less mistakes with the labels and addresses and the old products must be removed from your inventory because the cologne loose their quality when old

Somewhat reasonable shipping times. Cost is pretty great. When I compare the shipping times to other companies it's wayyy faster than fragrancenet and other American sites but a couple days slower than jomashop and some Dubai sites. Considering it's coming from America/ Dubai and this is coming from Canada I would have hoped this would be faster but the up side is there is no import fees. Great selection however I find that they do run out of stock of popular fragrances faster and keep it out of stock longer than the other sites but I do understand they try their best to keep inventory up. Amazing shipping box along with packaging and at times they would bless me with a discount code that's more than 15% off which is pretty great. It's safe to say I've never had a broken bottle ever over the years. They do provide the best samples also as they will bless you with a pdm sample randomly. Everything I ever bought has been authentic also. Customer service is amazing when needed and they are pretty quick to respond. Overall a great Canadian company to shop at and an amazing spot to save money while smelling good.
