I was asked to write a 50 word description of my experience so here I am filling in the blanks, I was an amazing experience. I was blown away by the quality of the product and the quick responsiveness of customer service. I hope this is about 50 words.

Great packaging and arrived before estimated time, great service and great collections

I had a great experience with Fragrance Buy. I ordered a perfume as a gift for someone for christmas, and it came in super fast. Would definitely recommend Fragrance Buy for good prices and awesome customer service!

Fragrance was just as described, arrived very quickly and was packaged very nicely, will definitely be buying again.

I received my bottle of Tom Ford Oud Wood and it was literally empty. There is no liquid in the bottle and I was extremely shocked and un satisfied with my first purchase from fragrancebuy. It was a very large and expensive purchase I made with you guys and for the bottle to be empty is for lack of better words ridiculous. I don't understand how a brand new cologne in its original packaging comes empty. I would need a refund immediately.

Im always satisfied with frag. Buy I've been buying my 2 favourite scents for years now because you have the best sales and you carry my 1 discontinued scent n2u so i can still buy it and score on the price so thaaaanks so much for being such a great company

I've been collecting fragrances for quite a while now, and Fragrance Buy is consistently the best place to get a fragrance. Their selection is unmatched and they are THE go-to fragrance website for hard to get fragrances. I buy almost all my fragrances from them and I never hesitate to suggest them to others looking for that special scent.

Came in 6 days from the day I ordered amazing packaging

I sent an email and they never responded this is ordinary but the perfume was perfect

Everything was Normal. The shipping took too long but I guess it was because the Black Friday but I understand. I know my order was not a big order so I guess they send me a cheap and random sample. Other than that everything ok

As the title says, if fragrancebuy has the perfume you are looking for then fragrancebuy is the best place for you to buy it from. I've placed many orders and bought over 30 perfumes from them and I've never had a problem or been disappointed.

Purchased the Armaf Club de nuit Untold and Imperiale...both scents were amazing from the first spray and have quickly become two of my favorites...I was also impressed with the delivery time as I wasn't expecting them to come as quickly as they did after it showed my order being filled...will definitely order from you guys again...thank you

I got all my fragrances, no damage except to the corner of a tester box which doesn't matter. My one concern as that it says there are fragrances in the box which might make it a target for porch pirates. I would overall recommend frangrancebuy!

I always receive my fragrances quickly and in great shape. I wish that I would receive some samples with my orders, have read a lot of reviews about samples others have received, I am yet to receive any.

Not only the prices unbeatable, but the easy of online ordering and the speed with which I receive the products is incredible. I will never buy fragrances in stores again. Fragrance Buy is the only way to go.

I bought hacivat from nishane, it came in under a week and it's perfect. 100% legit (i work in a store that sells them i'd know), it was for a gift and the team made my order priority so that i get it asap. Super thankful will order again!

Excited to order and have been awaiting the delivery (FedEx). Claims to have attempted delivery twice but was here both times. Now they are saying they are returning my order. Really frustrating. No way to contact fedex

I really appreciate the Fragrances Buy CA store for its very good customer service, they also have a very extensive portfolio of brands and fragrances and finally at a very good price.

I also really like the points and rewards method they have to retain their customers.

I put a 4 star because my package was delivered to the wrong address and luckily my neighbour brought me my package. If not for that, would have been a 3 star or lower depending on how fast the mistake would have been resolved. That being said, if not for the delivery problem, would have been a 5.

I was surprised how quick the delivery was and the bottle was completely protected with excellent packaging. I was truly impressed. I will make this my first place to consider for all my fragrance purchases.

Great service from start to finish. I was acknowledged of a confirmation after purchase two days later I got my shipping with tracking number. I was able to track my shipment from start to finish. Everything was perfect. No complaints. I would recommend the service to anyone. 5/5

I've only ordered from FragranceBuy twice thus far, but both experiences have been fantastic - I haven't had any leakage or concern about fakes. Recent bad reviews had turned me off, but the steep discounts and prior positive reviews made me willing to give the site a shot and I haven't been disappointed. I wouldn't spend big bucks right away if you're unsure, but particularly in Canada - where it's harder to source fragrances for reasonable prices versus the US - it's worth a shot on at least a few lower-end items :)
