As a fragrance YouTuber, I often recommend fragrances that can be purchased from FragranceBuy. I've always received my order quickly and correct. All the fragrances I've received have been authentic fragrances for good prices.

I could not believe the level of professionalism that went into completing my fragrance order. My packaged arrived sooner than expected,perfectly packaged and put on my side porch out of the sun. The packaging is a whole new level and is100% the reason why I am sold as a customer. I have already placed another order! I really appreciate the attention to detail. It takes the stress away from the customer.

Everything was great. Except that I need to type 50 characters. I work 4 jobs and I'm doing this voluntarily to help you collect your data and I'm not sure why sitejabber is requiring a minimum of my time spent typing this message. I'm volunteering my time for this on your behalf for your business and to support Fragrancebuy. I don't think Fragrancebuy has any say with Sitejabber. So... Sitejabber: Could you make it so I can leave a shorter review and just say everything was great? Because everything was great. Except being required to type 50 characters. I should be able to write as brief a review as I want. It's my time I'm volunteering freely. End of rant with Sitejabber. Fragrancebuy is great.

Just a follow up on my last review. Fragbuy customer service reached out to me asap. It felt good to know that at least they read the comments and will react to any concerns they can rectify. They took corrective steps to make sure my next purchase would be a pleasant one. (most likely khamrah qahwa lol)

I ordered a bottle at noon and i ordered another one at 18:30. I asked if it was possible to match both bottles in one box and pay shipping for one box. You agree and refund me for the second shipping. All was done in less than 12 hours. Thank's again for the excellent costumer service.

Shipping was extremely fast. Received my fragrance one day after it was shipped. Fragrance was shipped in a very sturdy cardboard box with styrofoam pellets in it to keep the product cushioned. Very happy with my purchase, thank you Fragrancebuy for an amazing shopping experience!

Was looking for hubby cologne for awhile now at the stores couldn't find my luck went to Amazon and omg the prices were crazy I stumbled on to this website and I'm so glad I did. I will be buying from here from now on.

I purchased 2 Xerjoff colognes on a 10 year sale. I received the box soaking wet ( absolutely no protection in the box either basically tossed my colognes in a cardboard box and mailed them across the country), smelling extremely strong of parfum. I took some pictures and tossed the boxes in the outside trash bin. I then emailed customer support, as I purchased package protection. I wasn't responded to for 48 hours. They requested pictures of the broken cologne and by then I had already threw away the box & the trash had ran. Now they won't reply to any emails or help me out on the customer support side of things. I'm very frustrated and upset with the customer service. Had they had a phone number or customer support chat with instant replies I could have gotten pictures. This in no way is my fault & here I am losing $270!

An excellent authentic product, packaged securely, and shipped out fast. What more can you ask for? My second purchase. I am delighted to have discovered this Canadian company. Why buy from anywhere else?

I had some technical issues buying from the website. Customer service worked with me to troubleshoot and eventually it was resolved. I initially was skeptical about the authenticity of the perfumes. I purchased an acqua di parma perfume and compared it to a "knock off" from China and a 15mL small tester i got in store and can confirm that the product on Fragrance buy is 100% authentic. The smell is exactly the same as the sample tester I received from The Bay and the knock off from China smell is much weaker. Hope to continue purchasing!

The Fragrance buy ca website contains every existing and new release product at unbeatable prices comparing to every other discounted website I used before, at first, I was worried about how long it will take my order to delivered to me (I`m in Brooklyn, NY), only 5 days and my order arrived well packaged and safe. Also, one thing I did notice on the website is the selection of discontinued items at an incredibly competitive price. I`m definitely will be using Fragrance buy ca again in the future and will recomended to friends and family.

Ordered Xerjotff Toni Iommi for my husbands birthday and the bottle was leaking into the plastic bag packaging that it came in - no brand box! If a bottle of perfume doesn't come in the box they need to make it clear that it will arrive in just the bag

I have a package that was supposed to have been delivered Feb 13th showing in a city over from me. It's been 8 days in this status and not delivered. I called and the line hung up before I could leave a message and no one has reached out to me yet to resolve this and this is almost $300 that I spent.

Package arrived fairly fast since its an out of country's shipment. All fragamces where well packed in a strong box with packing from preventing broken fragrances. Extremely easy safe and fast checkout with outstanding comunication. Overall Im very happy with FrangranceBuy and I highly recommended... A++++

Took advantage of Fragrancebuy's awesome holiday sale to purchase my favorite Xerjoff. This was the 3rd bottle of Nio that I've purchased from Fragrancebuy. As always, quick shipping and great communication/updates regarding the tracking # for the shipment.

I recently purchased a niche fragrance from a brand name that I'm very familiar with and have been collecting for quite some time now. However, I had an issue with the magnetic cap, it wouldn't sit flush because the atomizer was incorrectly seated. This definitely affected the quality of the juice. I reached out to FragranceBuy and they immediately remedied the issue by sending me another bottle. I must say the customer service is stellar and they truly strive on making their customers happy. I'm definitely going to continue shopping from them to build up my fragrance collection.

I have just received my order #FB*******, since i live in the Caribbean and i normal utilize a courier service for my area, i received an "obviously very used" 100ml tester of the Narciso Rodriguez fragrance with no plastic wrapping or cap (none of which was stated on the site) this item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my brother in law. I am sure you'll agree that gifting someone an obviously partially used up fragrance is literally ridiculous. Now i am stuck with an item that i personally did not want, and more or less cannot return for logistical reasons.

The courier who delivered the package from FragranceBuy did not follow my delivery instructions and it resulted to theft of the package. The incident was recorded by my surveillance camera and I immediately reported it to customer service through email and I got refunded within a week. It's awesome that the FragBuy team offers protection to their customers on incidents like this. Thank you FragBuy Team!
