Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
I love the fact that the inventory is changing often and the prices are kept in check. Delivery is always fast and secure.

They sent me a bottle that leaked over 40% of the liquid out. And I leaked over other bottles and the inside and ruined it. Here are some pictures of the aftermath. They did not refund at all. They made excuses
