Fragrance is a lovely milky vanilla. It isn't a beastmode to my nose.

I have ordered ormonde jayne and carner barcelona. The ormonde j bottle broke and spilled. Have emailed customer service and got a response next day. They had refunded me approptiately even with the tax. I am very impressed with the prompt service with fragrance buy.

Worst business ive ever bought from by far, i purchased two Xerjoff and insurance totaling 270 USD. Upon recieving my package the bottom was soaked and reaked of cologne, i opened it up and behold the colognes had busted and broken all over the place. I took what pictures I could and contacted support. 2 days later they replied and by then I had tossed the box away and the trash had run. They would not refund me due to not having enough pictures calling me a liar. Horrible customer support i am extremely unhappy and was robbed of 270 USD. Had their customer support gotten back to me promptly or if they had an active number to call I could have easily provided proof. Why would I keep broken colognes anywhere but the trash?

This is my favorite place to buy perfume. They always have the best prices and I appreciate their really fast shipping. Plus, their customer service is incredible.

Ordering on line works fine and the product is always perfect but I have issues with the app everytime I try to use it. The answer is always uninstall and reinstall. I refuse to do that everytime so I'll just continue to purchase from the web site.

This is a review about Fragrance Buy, but still...
I've been a loyal FragBuy customer for over a decade. My wife's favorite, Paloma Picasso EDP 100 ml is no longer available in that size. It is now sold in 50 ml only. After research, we found Narciso Rodriguez "MUSK NOIR for her" EDP 100 ml. Comparable scent but slightly more intense. Time will tell.
Personaly, I am a Burberry nut. I have 4. (Mr Black, Touch, London, Brit)
What has not changed, with FragBuy, is the ease of ordering and the fast, well packaged delivery. Prices, compared to stores and other on line competitors, are still the best Quality/Price option I can find. Over time, I ordered from a competitor only once, because FragBuy was out of stock for what we needed. It was the only time in more than a decade.
Do I recommend Fragrance Buy?

My favorite fragrances were out of stock so I put in a notification request so I would know when these frags came back in stock. I kept checking in but no stock. Finally, one day checking in, the stock was available and so I ordered. There was no notification at all...I just got lucky by checking in from time to time. Not reliable service. Otherwise I love FragranceBuy...great selection, prices, and shipping. I was just disappointed with this notification aspect.

I have purchase twice and always got the proper product and in a timely manner. I also got fragrances that were difficult to obtain on other sights for a great price.

Dispatched within 48 hours, transit was additional 7 days. The 7 days is amazing, considering customs, which is not controlled by Fragrancebuy. I was expecting shipping delay but I cimmend the diligence of the public servants on both sides of the border.

I bought 3 fragrances online from a company in the states. They arrived two weeks later. The Aramis was fine but the other two, one was a Mont Blanc, I couldn't smell them after a couple of minutes. I was reluctant to try online again but decided to give it another go. I figured if mailed in Canada I would get it sooner and decide if buying discount fragrances online was worthwhile.
Wow, they arrived the following day, the fragrances were great, I purchased a few more, they arrived the following day.

I bought 2 fragrances Layton and Layton exclusif from fragrancebuy so I thought I was buying genuine parfums de marly fragrances, but I was wrong both fragrances are fakes bootleg. I tried calling to get some answers I even emailed them and got no reply. Save your money and buy your fragrance from reputable companies that can stand behind the products that they selling. I wished I paid the extra money and got the authentic fragrances. But you get what you pay for

Armouroud Oud De Jour is a different take on a niche Oud. When you think of a Niche Oud, you think of dark animalistic or medicinal. This isn't that at all. Now yes it still smells expensive as the quality is there and it's very well blended. It's just a very clean and wearable take on oud. This is as the name implies, it's a daily oud. You can wear this anywhere and people will compliment you. This could easily be someone's signature scent.

Trying to do business with you guys but unfortunately I got two consecutive broken fragance bottles. Looks like you have to improve packaging. I buy fragances from Ebay also and never got a broken bottle. Not a good experience with FraganceBuy. Sorry.
